Description of the Winter Olympics
The full name of the Winter Olympics is the Winter Olympics, also known as the Winter Olympics. It is a world winter sports event sponsored by the International Olympic Committee, which is held every four years. The main feature of this event is to hold winter sports on ice and snow.
1At the end of the 9th century and the beginning of the 20th century, some ice and snow sports, such as skiing, sledding, skating and ice hockey, were gradually popularized and developed in Europe and America. The International Olympic Committee added figure skating to the 4th Summer Olympic Games in 1908 and ice hockey to the 7th Summer Olympic Games in 1920.
