Activity background:

School physical education is an important part of China's educational policy and one of the important contents of comprehensively promoting quality education. Strengthening school physical education and striving to improve students' physical and mental health are of great significance for cultivating qualified talents with innovative spirit and practical ability and all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetics. The school sports meeting is a traditional project of campus sports and cultural life in our school. It has effectively promoted the implementation of all-round quality education and national fitness campaign in our school, strengthened the construction of spiritual civilization on campus and improved the cultural taste of the campus.

The annual sports meeting is a sports event of the whole school, and it is also a display stage for teachers and students.

In previous sports meetings, the athletes struggled hard, the judges enforced the law fairly, the audience and students enthusiastically encouraged them, and the logistics staff worked hard to ensure the complete success of the games, which left a deep impression on us. More importantly, many advanced collectives and individuals emerge every year, and they devote themselves to their daily lives with a positive attitude.

Venue: Stadium of Jiashan Campus of Guilin Normal University

Participants: All members of the Young Volunteers Association of Guilin Teachers College.

Preliminary preparation: 1. Two days before the activity, the youth assistant will discuss with you the preparation and equipment for the activity.

2. Two days before the activity, the Minister of Propaganda Department is responsible for discussing the specific venue layout and publicity with the students of our school's student union.

3. On the day before the activity, ministers should count the members of the Youth Federation who do not participate in the sports meeting and sign up for this volunteer activity, and report the list to the president for specific distribution.

4. Prepare cleaning tools the day before the activity.

5. The night before the activity, the Minister of Organization Department will send each minister a list of organizations to facilitate the management and arrangement of each responsible person.

6. On the morning of the activity, 40 minutes before the start of the competition, each responsible person counts the personnel of each team.

Arrange specific tasks

On the morning of the event, 20 minutes before the start of the competition, the organization minister is responsible for placing the required items in the designated positions in front of each competition venue.

Work content:

Maintain the order of sports venues, pay attention to the emotions of the audience, maintain the order in the stadium and allocate emergency measures and medical work according to the situation.

Emergency unit: contact the school hospital to prepare for treatment.

Logistics: Serve athletes to rest and keep the venue clean (each shift).
