Tian Yan Scenic Area is located in the northwest of Shennongjia, with a controlled area of 1 10 square kilometers and a planned development area of 55. 18 square kilometers, with an average elevation of 2,200m. It is named after the Yanzi Cliff in the north and Tianmen Cliff in the south. Its main attractions: Yanzi Cave, Yantian Du Fei, Liuxiangzhai, Xiantao Peak, Zizhu River Primitive Forest, Haiyun Foguang, Huixian Bridge, Niubizi Cave, Yerendong and so on.

2. Dalongtan Golden Monkey Protection Research Base

Golden monkey is a rare primate endemic to China, which is listed as a national first-class protected animal and one of the beautiful and precious animals in the world. Shennongjia golden monkey is a golden monkey distributed in the eastern end of China, which is a species with a small number, low genetic diversity and research and protection value in the national golden monkey population. Dalongtan is 2300 meters above sea level, which is one of the natural habitats of Shennongjia golden monkey.

3. Xiangxi Garden Scenic Area

Located 2 kilometers west of Muyu Town, next to National Highway 209, it is the birthplace of Xiangxi Source, a tributary of the Yangtze River, and has also become a famous scenic spot in Shennongjia with its natural original ecology and beautiful landscape. The source is a pool with excellent water quality, which contains many trace elements needed by human body. It is said to be Shennong's medicine washing pool, which has won the essence of Shennong's hundred medicines. Because of the aura of the sky, the earth, the sun and the moon, Lu Yu in Cha Sheng in the Tang Dynasty once listed this water as the 14th spring in the world.

4. Jinglian Temple

Jinglian Temple is an early recorded temple found in Shennongjia. There are only six front halls and six back halls, and the gable of the back hall is arranged along the ridge in a herringbone pattern with brick carvings of two dragons playing with beads. The middle partition wall has a circular door frame, which is arched with large pieces of blue bricks, and two dragon play beads and patterns are embedded around the door frame.

5. Yan Di Shennong Cultural Park

Located next to National Highway 209 in the south of Muyu Town, it is a cultural tourist area with the theme of seeking roots and worshipping ancestors, focusing on showing the achievements and merits of Shennong ancestors, and integrating rare and ancient natural heritage trees and scientific research. The scenic spot is divided into four parts: Ancient Botanical Garden, Millennium Cedar King, Shennongtan and Shopping Corridor.
