In the busy work, half a year passed unconsciously. In the past six months, I have felt the help of leaders and colleagues in the growth of my work. I joined China Railway Construction Group, a powerful enterprise, on April 6th, 20xx, and then transferred to the post of materials clerk due to the needs of the enterprise. Over the past six months, with the care and help of leaders and colleagues, I have made great progress in my work and exercise, and at the same time I have an earth-shaking understanding of my position. In the production process of construction enterprises, materials account for a large proportion in the cost of construction projects. How to strengthen and do a good job in material management and improve the economic benefits of enterprises is an important task in enterprise management. Through more than half a year's material management work, I have summarized the following experiences:
1, material engineers should pay attention to material management from beginning to end, strengthen the management of the whole construction process, make prediction and analysis in advance, check and implement in the process, evaluate and summarize afterwards, find and solve possible problems in time, and reduce and avoid losses.
2, strengthen the management of material planning. Construction engineering material planning is the prediction, allocation and arrangement of materials needed for construction projects, the basis for guiding and organizing the ordering, purchasing, processing, storage and supply of construction engineering materials, and an important factor for reducing costs, accelerating capital turnover and saving funds.
3, the good material procurement, procurement should be carried out in strict accordance with the material procurement contract. Purchasing materials adopts the method of "three comparisons", that is, comparing the quality of materials and transportation distance, and adhering to the principle of selecting the best among the best, buying at low prices and transporting short distances, so as to increase the seriousness and transparency of material management.
4, strict material approach acceptance system.
5. Do a good job in keeping materials, reduce losses and waste, and prevent them from being lost. According to the characteristics of all kinds of materials, take effective storage measures and establish and improve the storage system.
6, strictly limit the acquisition, insist on saving withholding, the remaining materials are returned to the library, complete the sending and receiving procedures, remember the unit project account, and promote the saving and rational use of materials.
7, strengthen the management of turnover materials, improve the utilization rate. Turnover materials have high value, large consumption and long service life. The requirement of turnover material management is to reduce occupation, speed up turnover, prolong life and prevent damage on the premise of ensuring construction and production.
8. Strengthen the statistics and analysis of original records and do a good job in material accounting. Improve the management of warehouse account cards, and timely save, count and analyze the records and vouchers of material warehousing, inventory, distribution, return and recycling. Adhere to the intermediate accounting of materials, and the material engineer will summarize and report the material consumption on site every month. Generally, the actual analysis and accounting of materials are carried out in stages according to the division project, so as to find problems at any time, prevent excessive use of materials, grasp the profit and loss of materials, sum up the experience and shortcomings of material management through accounting, and better improve the efficiency of enterprises by improving and strengthening material management. The establishment of the socialist market economic system has accelerated the pace of transforming the operating mechanism of enterprises. With China's entry into the World Trade Organization, fierce competition, sudden changes and risks are inevitable in the socialist market economy.
Therefore, in the future work, I will study harder, improve my management level and professional quality, and make due contributions to the development of the construction industry and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
2. Material management summary
I work in the construction engineering department of xx Phase I Project. When the construction of the first phase of xx project is about to be completed, the company leader transferred me to be the on-site material manager of xx Jingyuan project. On the first day when I came to xx Jingyuan site, I saw the house numbers and five signs and one map on the site, and the slogan of civilized construction could be seen everywhere. Although the construction is going on nervously, I don't see any confusion. The scaffolding and protective net of the external wall are of the same color, and the operating machinery and equipment and safe passage are well protected. Around the building, the drainage ditch for discharging construction wastewater was dug in advance, and all kinds of materials were neatly stacked. The construction site is equipped with medical places, staff quarters, doormen, parking lots, scales, tea kiosks, pavilions and other facilities. The whole site road is smooth, neat and beautiful, showing a good phenomenon of the construction team.
I have been working in xx Jingyuan construction site for two months, and I am very grateful to the leaders and colleagues of the company for their help, which has obviously improved my working ability, professional level and comprehensive quality.
I have been studying hard since I was appointed as the on-site material manager, and I am not ashamed to ask questions. I have the courage to hone, base myself on my job and make contributions in my post. I have basically mastered the management skills. I have checked all kinds of materials when they enter the site: the quality certificate and certificate are complete, and the quantity and weight are checked accurately before signing. If I find that the quantity and weight are wrong, I will deduct them in time. If the quality is found to be unqualified, I will clear the field in time to ensure that the materials are sorted and stacked neatly and protected. Workers sweat and don't shed tears when they are tired from work in hot summer. Safety in production will always be remembered by them in never back down. For the project, they will lead their employees to snuggle up to each other and double their working hours. Colleagues will follow closely, follow the norms, not contradict, encounter difficulties, and not be discouraged. They will insist on quality first, create a good working atmosphere, hold irregular site meetings every month, and effectively regulate the construction behavior. Yongjinglou, Liang Shi water, time flies, time flies, the season takes away the roses, but it can never take away the mutual comfort between colleagues. There are many touching people in the works, and the true feelings are the most expensive. Clouds and flowers fly in a hurry, and the years have faded, but they can't get rid of the deep friendship of the workers.
After I worked in xx Garden for five months, the company leader transferred me to Shenzhen xx Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. Ningbo Branch as a warehouse manager. With the leadership and cooperation of all the staff, the decoration work of Room 202 of Yin Lun International Building No.5 is planned, measured, inspected, recorded and summarized, and everyone is responsible. Give full play to their post functions, constantly improve working methods and improve work efficiency. I have successfully completed all the tasks and put them into use after successful completion and acceptance. 1. I am mainly responsible for keeping materials, signing and issuing, and making accounts. In the work, we should follow the scientific and complete material management system, reasonably organize the procurement, processing, transportation, storage, supply, recycling and waste utilization of materials, and carry out effective control, supervision and assessment to ensure the smooth realization of the benefits in the process of material use.
2, strengthen the management of material planning. Material planning for construction projects is the prediction, deployment and arrangement of materials needed for construction projects, the basis for guiding and organizing the ordering, purchasing, processing, storage and supply of materials for construction projects, an important factor for reducing costs, speeding up capital turnover and saving funds, and an important link of project material planning, so it is required to be comprehensive, timely and accurate. Submit the material plan submitted by the builder and the materials that need approval in time, and resolutely refuse the material plan that has not been approved by the budgeter and the operation manager, thus avoiding serious economic losses to the project department.
3, strict material approach acceptance system. After the materials arrive, they shall be inspected, accepted and treated according to the approved material plan. For purchased materials, the four inspection systems of inspection specifications, inspection varieties, inspection quality and inspection quantity shall be strictly implemented, and materials with sluggish backlog and poor quality shall not be accepted; Do not accept special materials without using objects; General materials with large disparity in reserve amount will not be accepted; Packaging materials shall be randomly selected, and those whose quality and quantity are inconsistent with the received materials shall not be accepted.

With the cooperation of the company leaders and department heads, the Finance Department earnestly completes various financial accounting and revenue and expenditure work, evaluates, analyzes and supervises the financial indicators of various departments of the company, reports various statements and handles accounts. Budget and funding arrangements within our means, the following is a summary of my financial work in the past 20 years.

5. The fixed assets of the whole system were checked and registered, and the modern office equipment such as law enforcement vehicles, office computers, quick inspection instruments and photocopiers equipped by the National Bureau were distributed, installed and debugged, which made the office conditions of the whole system reach a new level, and the current accounts of the whole system were counted, which made preparations for the inspection of the provincial bureau. The fixed assets ledger has been improved, laying the foundation for the next comprehensive asset inventory.
6, actively organize accounting files, standardize the management of accounting files. We overcame the difficulties of tight time and heavy tasks, organized various departments to sort out and file the accounting files for 20 years, and completed the filing of accounting files after more than X months of efforts.
7. The preliminary design scheme for the capital construction of two county bureaus has been completed, and relevant procedures are being handled. It is expected that the new building will start at the end of this year.

The quarterly material plan is the embodiment of the project material plan, which is compiled according to the construction plan and can be adjusted. It is used to calculate the application amount of various materials in the project quarter and realize the ordering, purchasing and transportation of various materials. The monthly material plan is the material supply and preparation plan before construction according to the requirements of the construction operation plan. It is the basis of direct material supply and material control, and an important link of project material planning, which requires comprehensiveness, timeliness and accuracy.

Turnover materials have high value, large consumption and long service life. The requirement of turnover material management is to reduce occupation, speed up turnover, prolong life and prevent damage on the premise of ensuring construction and production.
