Cold-rolled oriented silicon steel process → primary cold-rolling → intermediate annealing → secondary cold-rolling → decarburization annealing and coating insulation layer → high temperature annealing in a hood furnace → hot leveling and coating insulation layer → longitudinal cutting (or cross cutting) → packaging.

Decarburization annealing coating isolation layer-a typical MgO coating isolation layer, used for oriented silicon steel.

High-temperature annealing in bell furnace-generally oriented silicon steel, some semi-processed non-oriented silicon steel is also annealed in bell furnace, but the temperature is lower than that of oriented silicon steel.

The technological process of cold rolling non-oriented silicon steel includes hot metal desulfurization pretreatment → converter blowing → vacuum treatment → continuous casting → hot rolling → pickling and cold rolling combined unit → slitting unit/trimming rewinder unit → wide coil packaging/narrow coil packaging.

In order to simplify the production process of traditional non-oriented electrical steel, reduce consumption and improve the magnetic properties of non-oriented electrical steel, the oxygen top-blown converter -RH vacuum treatment -LF refining furnace-CSP)- pickling and rolling-continuous annealing process was adopted to realize batch production.
