Leaders at all levels should put equipment management into the agenda, adhere to the principle of combining discussion with practice, regularly analyze and study improvement measures, have goals and plans, and make clear the direction of efforts by setting goals; Make clear the problems to be solved through system planning. The second is to start with learning and education and effectively improve the application level. Incorporate the study and education of various management systems of fire fighting equipment into the management education and combat readiness education of the army, make full use of the opportunities of daily training, fire fighting and rescue, shift change, station day and major tasks of the army, and organize personnel to be familiar with and master all kinds of equipment. It is necessary to combine the study and education of fire fighting equipment system with due diligence, solve the problem of "what to manage" and combine it with the management and use of existing equipment to solve the problem of "how to use". The third is to conscientiously implement the post responsibility system. Poor management and use of equipment is directly related to unclear responsibilities. Practice has proved that being responsible for people is the basic guarantee to improve the level of equipment management. By improving the quality of pipe assembly personnel, improving the scientific and technological content of pipe assembly, the equipment management is efficient and the technical performance of the equipment is always in good condition. Third, we should take scientific management as a long-term goal to strengthen the construction of military vehicles and equipment. Third, strengthen equipment training and promote the coordinated development of people and equipment construction.
