Almost all the speeches have the slogan "Beat the Wolf of American Ambition". Even instructor Ma Fuyao recorded the voices of the soldiers, and after several revisions and supplements, he wrote a resolution in the form of poetry. At the swearing-in meeting of the whole regiment, Ma Fuyong spoke on behalf of the company. As an introduction, the resolution was warmly welcomed.

After the meeting, Xinhua News Agency reporter Chen Bojian interviewed Ma Fuyong and thought the poem was well written.
