In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the General Secretary's speech at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and further strengthen the discipline construction, the Party Group of the Procuratorate of * * City launched a two-month educational activity with the theme of "Discipline and Behave the Rules" among the Party organizations, party member, police officers and leading cadres in our hospital. With the orderly advancement of this educational activity, combined with in-depth study of the spirit of the important speeches of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the 3rd and 4th Plenary Sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the General Secretary, as well as the 5th Plenary Session of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the 5th Plenary Session of the Autonomous Region Commission for Discipline Inspection and the 5th National Committee of the 9th Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, party constitution and Party regulations, I was deeply touched ideologically.

At the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the General Secretary emphasized that party organizations at all levels should attach great importance to strict discipline and strive to create an atmosphere of discipline and discipline in the whole party. Leading cadres at all levels should firmly establish a sense of discipline and rules, and set an example of observing discipline and rules. To study and implement the spirit of the General Secretary's series of important speeches and adhere to the comprehensive and strict administration of the party, we must rely on strict discipline and rules.

Since ancient times, rules are constraints, norms, standards, scales, responsibilities and realms. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, some senior officials at the provincial and ministerial levels who have fallen off the horse are living negative examples who don't know the rules, can't use them and don't obey them.

Judging from the serious cases of violation of discipline and law investigated in recent years, the problem of undermining the party's political discipline and rules is very serious. In some places and units, this phenomenon has a certain universality and has become an "epidemic disease" and "infectious disease", which is manifested as follows: First, engaging in small circles and forming gangs. In order to seize power and consolidate their position, some leading cadres engage in party building, league running and cliques. Some draw boundaries based on regions, classmates, comrades-in-arms, origins and experiences, establish mountains and engage in sects, and distort normal gay relations into vulgar personal attachment relations. Some cadres in party member have been trying their best to join various "small circles" all day, and they are intertwined, forming power and influencing decision-making, which is too big to fail. The second is selfish departmentalism. Some localities and units discount, make choices and make changes when implementing policies and decisions. These behaviors are often put on a "legal coat" that considers local reality and special circumstances and is conducive to local development, which is very deceptive. On the surface, it is a work problem, but in essence it is a discipline problem. This is against political discipline and rules. The third is to engage in liberalism and make random comments. Some are irresponsible and arbitrarily make inconsistent remarks on the party's line, principles and policies and the major decision-making arrangements of superiors. Some people are keen on making up jokes, making jokes and telling jokes, spreading political rumors and vilifying the image of the party. Some things can't be kept secret, things that are still being studied by the Standing Committee spread like wildfire, and things that were not conveyed within the party spread to outside. The fourth is to engage in nihilism and lose faith. Most of the "confessions" of party member cadres who have been investigated have lost their ideals and beliefs and their spiritual homes.

As a cadre in party member, we should learn to understand the rules, keep the rules and regulations in mind, act in strict accordance with the principles of party spirit, policies, regulations and procedures, and understand what to do and what not to do, not to cross the line and not to violate the rules. We should also learn to abide by discipline, enhance the sense of discipline and obedience, be awed by discipline, start from observing and maintaining party constitution, and abide by the party's political discipline and other disciplines. Discipline is the external manifestation of our enthusiasm and attitude towards work. Through this period of study and self-analysis, I also seriously reflected on my main problems and shortcomings, found out the reasons subjectively, and summarized the future rectification measures, mainly as follows:

First of all, we should constantly strengthen our study and improve our comprehensive quality. Discipline education and study is a lifelong matter, and you can't relax at any time. We should seriously study party constitution and the Party's discipline, national laws and the Party's fine tradition and work style, closely focus on the general requirements of the "Five Musts" put forward by the General Secretary, further enhance the concept of discipline, enhance the sense of discipline, consciously strengthen the exercise of party spirit, and achieve self-respect, introspection, self-vigilance and self-motivation. Constantly improve the level of implementing the party's principles, policies, theories, laws and regulations, discover, analyze, study and solve new problems in the investigation and prevention work with the rule of law thinking, and promote the scientific development of anti-corruption work.

Secondly, we should be proactive and improve our business level. " Many corrupt people were originally children of poor families, and made contributions to national construction at the beginning of their work. Lured by money, official position and fame and fortune, they stepped into the abyss of sin, so that they were imprisoned and reviled by the people. Through this educational activity, urge me to do the following four things in my future work and life.

Therefore, each of us in party member should distinguish right from wrong, strictly grasp the details at all times, and clean up the dust of thoughts in time. When leading cadres in party member lose their ideals and beliefs, they will lose their spiritual support and soul. The party has always educated us to be honest and self-disciplined, and often sounded the alarm for everyone. The incorruptibility of cadres in party member will not only distort and destroy the image of the Party among the masses, but also harm the interests of the Party, the country and the people. Some party member cadres have no knowledge, no ability, or are not honest and self-disciplined. As a result, they have embarked on the road of crime.
