Chaohu Lake has beautiful natural scenery and many places of interest. Hand-picked, that is, "a treasure mirror" (Chaohu Lake), "two treasures" (Laoshan Mountain and Xiliangshan Mountain), "three strings of pearls" (Bantang, Xiangquan and Tang Chi), "four greens" (Taihu Mountain, Tianjing Mountain, Jilong Mountain and Ye Fu Mountain) and "four famous caves in Jiangbei" (Xianren Cave and Hippo Chef Cave)
As we all know, Chaohu City is the only city named after a lake in China, and it is one of the five largest freshwater lakes in China. These two points alone are a feature worth making a fuss about. Have you noticed that Zhouzhuang, a water town in the south of the Yangtze River, and Jiaojiao, a small town in the south of Jiangsu, can all be famous in the world, but Chaohu Lake, 800 miles away, is so lonely here! This is not commensurate with the status of Chaohu Lake as one of the five largest freshwater lakes, and it is a problem that needs our city managers' attention urgently.
In my opinion, tourism resources are the natural advantages of our city. Making full use of the existing resources can produce great benefits without too much investment. It can not only reuse mineral resources, but also greatly promote the development of tertiary industry such as catering, leisure, transportation, hotels, trade and circulation, which can kill two birds with one stone. Taking Huangshan City as an example, the economic development of the tertiary industry in Huangshan City (the proportion of the tertiary industry in Huangshan City ranks first in the province) and even the whole Huangshan City is due to the full use of the resource advantages of the world cultural heritage.
So how to develop the tourism economy of Chaohu Lake? I think we can start from three aspects:
First of all, we should play the "Lake" card of Chaohu Lake. Every city leader, every civil servant, and every ordinary Chaohu person should make use of all occasions to do everything possible to promote our "Lake" brand, carry forward our "Lake" culture, and attract people's attention to today's "a nest of thousands of years" style. For example: establish a lakeside resort; Establish a large open-air swimming pool in the shallow water area of Chaohu Lake; Carry out water recreation projects; Encourage travel agencies to carry out "tour around the lake" and "fisherman tour"; Develop lakeside villas and so on.
Secondly, focus on "mountains" and "water" to build a tourist attraction in central Anhui. On the one hand, we can learn from Suzhou and Zhouzhuang's water town model and make a vivid "water" article. By regulating the water quality of Chaohu Lake, we can get through the ring river, beautify the urban environment, revitalize the Chaohu Lake water system and make the scenery beautiful. Not long ago, the author read a report in Chaohu Daily that some democratic parties submitted a proposal to CPPCC, which contained opinions and suggestions similar to "managing the ear washing pool and beautifying the surrounding environment". I think this proposal is very good and worth studying by the city leaders and relevant departments. Second, we can learn from the brand model of Hangzhou West Lake and commercialize Chaohu Lake tourism resources. According to a friend of mine in Hangzhou, where Hangzhou can see the West Lake, the unit price of real estate per square meter is not less than 1 10,000 yuan; The villa buildings around the West Lake are worth millions or even tens of millions of yuan. Of course, the fact may not be so exaggerated, but it illustrates a truth, that is, the commercial operation of tourism resources is also worth our study and exploration.
Thirdly, endow the landscape with soul, tap the historical and cultural precipitation, and lay a good "humanistic" card. Because of my personal hobbies and work, I have been to many cities and seen many mountains, waters, lakes and towers, but in the end I was a little bored-I felt almost the same and didn't have much interest in seeing them. Mountains and water in nature are lifeless. If there are no strange features such as famous mountains and strange waters to learn from, we must dig up the precipitation of history and culture and give mountains and rivers a soul. As far as history and culture are concerned, our city can be called the "Millennium Residence" (it has a history of more than 2,000 years since my father Fan Ceng lived here in the early Han Dynasty). There are monuments such as the Tomb of King Jie, the Tomb of Bawang Ancestral Hall, the Tomb of Zhou Yu, the Humble Room and Migong Temple, as well as ancient civilizations such as Hexian ape-man site, Yinshan ape-man site and Lingjiatan cultural site. There are countless modern cultural landscapes, including Feng Yuxiang's former residence and General Zhang Zhizhong's former residence.
The author believes that grasping the tourism economy is the first step to start Chaohu city brand. We should not only make Chaohu Lake a "tourist attraction in central Anhui", but also make this lakeside city full of humanistic care. On the one hand, we should make full use of the existing tourism resources and welcome guests from all over the world to visit Chaohu Lake. On the other hand, by building and optimizing the development environment of our city, we will attract outstanding talents and investors from other places to invest in Chaohu Lake. It is necessary to attract friends at home and abroad to come for sightseeing and investment, and to let the people of Chaohu live and work in peace and contentment and be proud of living in this city, thus showing the charm of Chaohu Lake.
