Units or individuals can use the official account of "Livable Kunshan" WeChat "Voluntary Tree Planting" applet to find the location and pictures of trees, select the trees they want to adopt, and complete the building adoption after the payment is successful. After the construction adoption is completed, citizens can check the due diligence certificate of voluntary tree planting on WeChat official account and check the electronic invoice within 5 working days. You can also check the maintenance photos of adopted trees in the future. At present, the adoption platform has been put into use. In the trial operation stage, more than 100 trees have been put in the whole city for free adoption by units or individuals (trees without certificates and electronic invoices are adopted free of charge).
Why do you want to introduce building adoption management measures?
The Regulations on Compulsory Tree Planting for All in Jiangsu Province stipulates that "all citizens living within the administrative area of this province, male 1 1 to 60 years old, female 1 1 to 55 years old, should participate in voluntary tree planting activities except those who are unable to work." Traditional national tree planting activities have made great contributions to afforestation and greening in China, but with the development of the times, a single offline organization model can no longer meet the requirements of the times. Generally speaking, the adoption period is not less than 1 year, the longest adoption period is not more than 10 year, and the longest adoption period is not more than 3 years. The cost of greening construction is determined according to the total investment or partial investment of a single project. Will there be a certificate after adoption?
Citizens of school age who have invested more than 60 yuan in annual construction can get the Compulsory Certificate of National Tree Planting issued by the Office of Kunshan Municipal Afforestation Committee, and those who have invested more than 1.20 yuan in annual construction can get the Honorary Certificate of National Greening issued by the Office of Kunshan Municipal Afforestation Committee, which can be inquired on the National Voluntary Tree Planting Network or the WeChat applet of Kunshan Voluntary Tree Planting. Non-school-age citizens, compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, foreigners, units and organizations who have invested in the adoption of the above-mentioned buildings in 20 yuan can obtain the honorary certificate of land greening issued by the office of the Kunshan Municipal Greening Committee, and inquire in the WeChat applet of "National Voluntary Tree Planting Network" or "Kunshan Voluntary Tree Planting".
Can I go public after approval?
If the single investment exceeds that of 200 yuan, standardized signs shall be set for the trees and green spaces that are recognized and adopted during the period of recognition and adoption. The content and style of the signboard shall be determined by the municipal greening administrative department, and the unit that accepts adoption shall be responsible for the production and setting. No building, structure, billboard, etc. shall be added by the adopter. Without authorization, it is not allowed to recognize and adopt species for any reason, and it is not allowed to engage in any business activities.
