In the early Song Dynasty, the Song court plundered Sichuan, which triggered many anti-Song armed struggles and formed the center of peasant uprising. 1February, 1993 (four years in Song Chunhua), there was a drought in Xichuan, and the government was in an emergency, and farmers were forced to lose their jobs. More than 100 farmers led by Wang Xiaobo revolted in Qingcheng and put forward the slogan "My illness is uneven between the rich and the poor, and now it's yours", which won their response and support.
