Established in 20081October 26th 10, Longguang College Station is the first and only college broadcast in China co-sponsored by the Propaganda Department of Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee, the College Working Committee of Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee, the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province, and the Radio, Film and Television Bureau of Heilongjiang Province, with the assistance of 68 colleges in the province and undertaken by Heilongjiang People's Broadcasting Station. At present, university stations have covered Harbin, Qiqihar, Mudanjiang, Jiamusi, Daqing, Suihua, Jixi, Shuangyashan, Yichun, Qitaihe, Hegang and Heihe.
