1, the Supreme People's Court promulgated the Rules for Judicial Police Safety Inspection of People's Courts.

Article 2 clearly stipulates that security inspection is the duty behavior of the judicial police of the people's court to prevent unauthorized control devices, dangerous substances and restricted articles from entering the litigation site according to law, and to ensure the personal safety of participants in litigation activities and the smooth progress of litigation work.

3. Except with the permission of the people's court, the following items shall not be brought into the litigation site. 2. Flammable and explosive substances and suspicious explosives. 3 radioactive, toxic, corrosive, strong odor substances and infectious disease pathogens. 4. Non-first-aid articles, liquid, colloidal and powdery articles. 5. Slogans, banners and leaflets. 6. Other items that may endanger the safety of the litigation site or interfere with the litigation order.
