Lei Wen once pointed out that no matter how individuals, groups or organizations change, they will go through three stages: thawing, changing and refreezing. On this basis, this paper divides the transformation of corporate culture into five stages: demand assessment, thawing, transformation, evaluation and freezing. Excellent corporate culture is not a great idea or a loud slogan, but a persistent practical spirit. Excellent corporate culture not only leads the enterprise to achieve brilliant business performance under superior conditions, but more importantly, it can stumble under inferior conditions or when the company makes repeated mistakes, but it can finally win the long-distance race.
Corporate culture is not omnipotent, it can solve any problems for enterprises. The same excellent enterprise may have completely different ideas, and the enterprise with excellent corporate culture may not be a successful enterprise. The most important thing for an enterprise is that once the concept is established, all the behaviors of the company must follow its core values, and at the critical moment, the enterprise can endow the core values with new connotations, just like building Socialism with Chinese characteristics.
