Through this "safety reflection inspection" activity, the station further consolidated the safety foundation, gradually improved the consciousness of personnel at all levels to obey the rules and discipline, completely eliminated the dead angle in safety work and created a good safety production order. According to the arrangement of the station, I carefully studied the important documents and some related accident cases of the "4.28" railway traffic emergency meeting of the railway bureau, section and station, got a clear understanding of the two major accidents on July 4 and July 9, and deeply reflected on my performance in safety work. In view of the problems existing in their own safety, they were deeply searched and analyzed, which made them deeply feel that their safety behavior was far from the requirement of "safety first". Through the analysis of daily work, I think I still have the following problems:
(1) The idea of "safety first" has not been firmly established. Practice has proved that a weak sense of safety can't solve the problem of "I want to keep safety" at work, so that everyone around me can know the law and abide by the rules and regulations, love their jobs and do their duty. To implement "three controls and two benefits", it is necessary to strengthen daily study and work hard.
(2) The rules and regulations have not been fully mastered. Every accident lesson is caused by a series of violations. Looking at a series of railway accidents in recent years, there are few objective factors and few equipment factors, most of which are human factors. Some people need to know whether they know or not, which reflects the professional quality of employees; Some people know it, but they don't follow the standard, which reflects the ideological quality of employees; These phenomena can be found in some accidents. In daily work, due to the failure to consciously and regularly learn the relevant regulations and operating systems of safety production, the rules and regulations are not well mastered in daily work, and they cannot be well applied to practical work, and the purpose of guiding operation with rules and regulations is not fully achieved, resulting in safety problems from time to time.
(3) Standardization cannot be fully implemented in operation. In the daily shunting operation, I can't completely follow the shunting operation standard, which leads to many problems. For example, in the operation, the anti-skid system of vehicles is not fully implemented, the shunting signal display is not in place, and there is a phenomenon of late scheduling in the operation, which has caused many problems such as vehicles. At the same time, there are also problems of busy operation, confusion and being robbed, which brings serious hidden dangers to personal safety. These problems need to be resolutely corrected in the future.
In view of the above problems, I will strive to achieve the following three points in terms of safety in the future:
First, strengthen theoretical study and raise safety awareness. Safety and stability are related to the overall situation of station reform and development, and to the vital interests of every employee. Therefore, if the safety awareness is not firmly established, it will inevitably cause hidden dangers to the safety production of the station. Therefore, in the future work, we must strengthen the study of safety regulations, laws and regulations, further improve the sense of responsibility of safety first, ensure the safety of our team, and ensure the smooth and orderly production of the station.
The second is to strengthen business learning and improve the safety level. In the future work, we should strengthen the study of business knowledge and various rules and regulations, master the on-site safety operation methods, and constantly apply them to further improve our own safety prevention level.
The third is to implement safety responsibilities and do a good job of diversion. In the future, in actual operation, we should strictly follow the shunting operation standards. Try to make predictions before class and master the workload and precautions on duty in advance. There are plans in the class to be dispatched in advance, and the car inspection work should be done in advance to prevent problems such as cars and others. In operation, we should strictly implement various operating standards, strictly control safety, and strive to reduce various problems.
In short, through this safety inspection and reflection, I will further clarify the grim situation facing the current safety production, constantly find out my own problems, seriously correct them in the future work, and make new contributions to the safety production of the station with practical actions.

With the development of mines in China, safety in production is becoming more and more important and will always occupy a dominant position. While ensuring the quality of raw coal production and engineering, safe production naturally becomes an important topic for our research, discussion and implementation. No matter how much raw coal is produced, a mine without safety guarantee is not a successful mine.
As we all know, safe production is the eternal theme of coal mine, the premise of realizing the sustained, healthy and stable development of enterprises, and the necessary guarantee of political stability and building a harmonious coal mine. Safety in production is related to the safety of workers' lives and property, and to the all-round development and economic benefits of enterprises. It is the responsibility and obligation of every cadre and worker to do a good job in coal mine safety production. We should take safety work as the top priority of production management in our mine, earnestly perform our duties, do a good job in safety management, and ensure the stable and healthy development of safety production in our mine.
Safety in production should first start with ideology, have a comprehensive and systematic understanding of safety and establish a correct and scientific concept of safety in production. Safety production index is a hard index, and safety should be regarded as a hidden benefit of our mine. It is necessary for cadres and workers to understand that only when safety benefits go up can production benefits be improved accordingly. It is necessary to establish such an idea that "who is the biggest beneficiary of safety and who is the biggest victim of safety". When the accident happened, the cadres, workers and families of injured workers in our mine were all victims. It is a fact that all the glory has been lost. As a grass-roots manager, I found that there are so many people shouting safety slogans around me, and there are also speculative behaviors when they actually do it, so I am lucky. I always think that accidents can't happen to me. There is no such thing as coincidence. Minor violations occur from time to time. There is not enough ideological understanding of safety, no good conceptual understanding of safety, and no awe and gratitude for safety and one's own life and health. This is also where I made mistakes in my work. I failed to keenly perceive the ideological trends of these people and the lack of safety education and training.
Secondly, in terms of safety management, the management system should be strict, the investigation should be strong, the scope should be wide, and the reward and punishment mechanism should be sound. There are loopholes in the safety management system, which will inevitably cause some people to exploit the loopholes of the system, lay a time bomb for safety production and provide a hotbed for hidden dangers. The intensity of investigation should be wide, and every detail of safety production determines the success or failure of our mine development. When problems are found, they should be investigated and rectified in time. We should not care about human feelings and face. We should act according to the rules and regulations. Give generous rewards to those who have outstanding safety achievements. If there is a problem with safety, strict assessment and punishment should be given.
In addition, the management of code of conduct should be strengthened. Many unsafe factors are caused by people's unsafe behavior. Unconscious (habitual) unsafe behaviors, whether inside or outside the mine or working underground, may cause accidents or bury potential safety hazards. At this point, we have not done enough, and the supervision of employees' unsafe behavior is not enough.
Therefore, for a grass-roots manager like me, it is necessary to figure out how to ensure the safe production of the team and create a harmonious and safe working face and team.
First, improve the safety awareness of employees in the team.
(1) Do a good job in publicity. Do a good job in publicizing the laws and regulations of safety production in our mine, so that the workers in our mine can always remember the teaching that "responsibility is more important than Mount Tai", improve their understanding of the importance of safety work, establish a conscious awareness of safety, and consciously abide by various safety production rules and regulations, thus contributing to the creation of a safe working face and the construction of a harmonious mining area.
(2) Do a good job in education. Making use of the study time on Mondays and Wednesdays and the spare time of the pre-class meeting, doing a good job in safety education and creating a strong safety production atmosphere are the basis for improving safety awareness. It is necessary to carry out safety education regularly, but also to highlight key points according to different personnel and positions, and carry out targeted safety education anytime and anywhere; That is to say, it emphasizes the guidance of common accident prevention knowledge, especially attaches importance to the education of sudden accidents, especially the warning education (using past accident cases to warn team employees), and constantly improves the safety production awareness of all personnel.
(3) Strengthen study and training. Rich knowledge helps to improve people's safety awareness, while those who lack safety awareness are mostly people with poor knowledge. Learning the laws and regulations on safety in production can make everyone strengthen their legal concept and consciously abide by laws and regulations in their work; Learning professional laws and regulations can let everyone know the professional requirements and make clear how to operate correctly; After learning the post operation procedures and equipment instruction, I can master the operation procedures and be familiar with the technical performance and precautions of mechanical equipment; Learning basic safety knowledge can make everyone enhance their ability of self-protection.
Second, carefully implement refined management.
(1) Take the initiative to publicize. Publicize the importance and benefits of refined management. Help employees realize their vital interests.
(2) Learn the content of refined management. Improve employees' safety awareness and engineering quality.
(3) Strict assessment mechanism, according to the system. Give strict assessment to individuals and teams that do not meet the requirements of refined management. For example, the installation of the belt rack and the suspension of the cable must be a line, and every small detail should be assessed in the civilized production of the working face. Everyone is equal before the system. If you can't say that you have a good relationship with me, you can not pursue it, don't talk about personal relationships, and let everyone do everything well according to the requirements of refined management. Ensure the smooth progress of safety production.
Third, strengthen the supervision and management of the code of conduct.
(1) Strengthen supervision and investigation, investigate and deal with irregular behaviors on the spot, provide timely education and help, establish a follow-up investigation mechanism, and see the effect of assistance and education.
(2) Treat those comrades who can't correct their bad behavior for a while, and ask themselves to be "patient, caring, caring and responsible". Patiently help them to actively correct their unsafe behaviors; Treat them like your own children and love them without discrimination; Give them enough care and care at work; I am responsible for their unsafe behavior, and I have the responsibility to make them correct and not give up on them. According to the overall arrangement of the company's discussion on "safety reflection", our team actively held a meeting of employees above the squad leader on Tuesday to plan and organize and implement the discussion according to relevant requirements. Adhere to the initiative to do it yourself, comprehensively promote safety education according to the company's requirements, timely analyze the outstanding problems that affect safety at the job site, and carry out safety education in view of the problems. In addition, starting from improving the quality of managers above the team leader, we will take advantage of the opportunity of studying on Friday to conduct targeted and systematic training for those above the team leader, improve the ability of safety management and education guidance, give full play to the exemplary role of the team leader, integrate safety education into employees' minds and reflect it in their jobs, so that employees can tighten the string of safety.
It is necessary to further improve the on-site management level. We should take the discussion of "safety reflection" as a long-term work, and repeatedly check the problems existing in our own understanding, management and style through repeated inspections, and pay attention to improving our ability to walk into problems, study problems and solve problems. At the same time, we must adhere to strict management. Improve work standards and quality, and focus on solving the assessment problem of completing tasks; Key problems must be solved. We should persist in changing our work style. We should improve our ideological understanding. In the past, the understanding of safety work was simply that so many safety inspections were carried out, and every time we had to reflect and check back, we had to toss and turn a few things, and we didn't do it again and again. The existence of this kind of ideological misunderstanding has caused me to go through the formalities and perfunctory things when grasping safety work. Not only did I fail to see and understand my own problems clearly, but also because I didn't pay attention to my personal thought and understanding, which affected the quality of safety work and many serious hidden dangers were not found. In the future work, we should learn with an open mind and deepen our understanding.
This is not the case in the implementation of work arrangements. In the organization of safety work, I only arrange it according to the general work. In the implementation of safety work requirements, I have not specially arranged safety management as a key work. I regard the instructions and requirements of safety work as a simple routine work content and convey a prescribed document to let employees know that there is such a thing, but I have not put forward specific, detailed and targeted requirements, and each team has not paid enough attention to it. I just wrote it in this book to answer the questions of the leaders.
Working methods are not flexible enough. There are more publicity and education on safety management, less on-site inspection and guidance, more meeting arrangements, less inspection and implementation, more requirements and fewer inspection times.
Because I concentrated most of my energy on rectifying workers' labor discipline and work discipline, and neglected safety investigation activities. Especially in my opinion, security is nothing serious, it breeds paralyzed thoughts and relaxed thoughts, and produces a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment for the status quo. Therefore, in the process of grasping safety management, I think that staff management is already very strict, and I don't want to put more pressure on employees, which will cause problems of pushing, hugging and following, resulting in low overall safety management level.
Humanism is serious. Mainly manifested in the handling of problems, it is obviously a problem that should be dealt with seriously, warning others, but always worrying about feelings, can not tear off face. Sometimes employees with good daily performance or good personal relationships will be given a lighter punishment or punished on their behalf, especially some old employees with long working hours and rich experience. They think that they have worked in coal mines all their lives, know their own discretion, and don't need to be wary everywhere, which leads to contradictions. Because of this kind of thinking, we often take a detour when we encounter difficult problems, and ignore them when dealing with them, which directly condones the illegal behavior of employees and lays a hidden danger for safe production.
In the future, we will further innovate our ideas, management and working methods, lead the safety discussion to a deeper level in combination with the actual work, make the management concept of safety first truly implemented, and make our best efforts to achieve the goal of safe production in our mine.
