I volunteered to be an X-level noncommissioned officer, and faithfully fulfilled my obligations as a noncommissioned officer, dutifully, and devoted all my strength to the overall construction of the station. After two years as a soldier, the army transformed me from a social youth into a qualified PLA soldier. I have matured and made progress. All this is the result of military education and indoctrination by company leaders. The company is my home, and my comrades are my brothers and sisters. I found a feeling as warm as home here. I am willing to stay, choose X-level petty officer and become a member of this thriving "family" again.

Our company has completed many important communication support tasks assigned by superiors, and non-commissioned officers and backbones have played a key role in all the work. On the training ground, there are slogans led by the backbone of non-commissioned officers. The computer room is on duty, with the professional skills of non-commissioned officers and the backbone of Excellence. In life style, I have strict requirements and meticulous care for my brother. The figure, slogan, exquisite technology and rigorous style of the sergeant have influenced me, inspired me, spurred me, and even impacted my determination to choose a sergeant again. I want to learn from the backbone of non-commissioned officers, get closer and become a member of the glorious non-commissioned officers.

Looking back on my study and work in the past two years, I found that I really learned very little, which is really insignificant compared with the sergeant monitor. I applied for re-election of non-commissioned officers, one for nothing and the other for nothing. I just want to learn more knowledge, practice military skills and learn professional skills, so as to repay the training of troops, the concern of leaders and contribute everything to our "home" of automation station.
