1."2008 harmonious China welcomes the Olympic Games" large-scale art, calligraphy and photography exhibition.

1. Work category: art works: Chinese painting, oil painting, watercolor, gouache, printmaking, sculpture, arts and crafts, etc. Calligraphy works: brush, hard pen, seal cutting, etc. Photography: black and white, color, various forms.

2. Submission requirements: Please indicate the author's name, title, address, zip code and contact number in block letters on the back of the work. In addition, provide two 2-inch photos and a resume of about 200 words.

3. Award for works: The award committee is composed of famous artists and critics all over the country. Based on the principle of "fairness, justice and openness", the jury will conduct initial evaluation, re-evaluation and final evaluation. Final award: Gold Award: 3 Chinese paintings, with a bonus of 80,000 yuan; 3 oil paintings, each with a bonus of 80,000 yuan; 3 calligraphers, each with a bonus of 30,000 yuan; 2 pieces of seal cutting, each with a bonus of 20,000 yuan; Photographer 1, bonus 1 ten thousand yuan. Third, "Harmonious China" huge painting and calligraphy creation

1. Content of the work: (1). Harmonious China is a huge picture of China (56 meters long and 3 meters high). People-oriented, integrating landscapes, flowers and birds. (2) Harmonious China is a huge calligraphy scroll (56 meters long and 3 meters high). Fifty-six famous poets of all ethnic groups in China wrote 56 poems (ancient and modern) praising the Beijing Olympic Games. Each of the 56 calligraphers in China created a work (3 meters high and 1 meter wide) and mounted it into a long scroll of 56 meters. The above two works were presented by BOCOG to the International Olympic Committee for permanent collection at the large-scale literary evening of "Harmonious China for the Olympic Games".

2. Creation method: 56 China painters were recruited nationwide, requiring three generations of painters with the highest creative ability.

3. Registration method: Before May 15, 2007, applicants should send their resumes, photos of recent works or printed samples to the exhibition department office of the Organizing Committee. 4. Creation fee (to be determined)

Fourth, the content requirements

1. Show the harmonious life of 56 ethnic groups in China (including mountains, rivers, flowers and trees, etc. )

Five, publish the art book "2008 Harmonious China Welcomes the Olympic Games".

6. Exhibition time and place: Beijing Chaoyang Sports Center. After the exhibition, exhibitions will be held in Qingdao, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tianjin, Shenyang and Qinhuangdao, as well as all over the country.

Seven. Arrangement of exhibition activities:

1, August 5: Opening Ceremony. Party and state leaders, BOCOG leaders and distinguished guests of the IOC delegation attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony, and all participating authors were invited to attend.

BOCOG presented a long scroll of China's paintings and calligraphy of Harmonious China to the International Olympic Committee.

The organizing committee of the contest has the right to display, publicize and publish all works.

There is no entry fee for this activity, and all works will be returned and will be permanently collected by the Beijing Olympic Games. The winning works are personally led by the party and state leaders, led by the Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee, and awarded trophies, certificates and collection certificates by the guests of the IOC delegation.
