Accessories can determine the final performance of a piano. At present, with the great improvement of piano production technology, the production level of piano accessories is not much different. So in terms of hardware, there is no difference between domestic pianos and imported pianos.
The Present Situation of China Piano Factory
In recent years, the number of domestic piano enterprises has exploded, which is due to the fact that in the past, most domestic pianos were produced by OEM, and the proportion of OEM products was large. Many piano enterprises have changed from OEM for many years to producing their own piano brands, and domestic pianos are developing in a trend of "letting a hundred flowers blossom".
Since there are more brands, will there be any difference in production technology?
As we all know, as a traditional musical instrument, the piano production procedure is basically stereotyped, and the possibility of major technical changes in the development of piano production technology is relatively low, so the production technology of domestic piano brands is no different from that of "imported pianos", and the production technology is not much different. Therefore, playing the domestic piano is no different from playing the "imported piano".
Piano factories in China are also developing in clusters. Piano production cluster can well represent the current status of piano production. Piano production needs a lot of wood, and cluster production can greatly reduce transportation costs and production costs, which is one of the reasons why the price of domestic pianos is relatively low.
On the other hand, from OEM to the establishment of independent brands, the thinking of domestic pianos still stays in the past, and the ex-factory price and OEM status of the previous OEM are not much different, lacking marketing awareness.
In domestic piano brands, there are also many piano manufacturers who directly buy musical instrument accessories for assembly, and gradually develop into influential pianos based on their own large amount of high-quality wood. Therefore, judging from the existing domestic brand development model, domestic pianos are not only combined with the world piano production technology, but also the production technology will only become more and more excellent after continuous technical integration.
Sometimes, "imported pianos" are only imported brands and imported piano production technologies, but the production and assembly bases of "imported pianos" are mostly in Chinese mainland. Some pianos were bought by merging foreign piano factories with technology. As an assembly factory, the materials and accessories are the same, and some "imported pianos" are even worse than domestic brands. In this contrast, I believe that domestic pianos are not worse than "imported pianos"!
Domestic musical instruments have a large profit margin, but many musical instruments are worried that no one will buy domestic brands. This is because they ignore that brand value is determined by consumers. It is very important for musical instruments and domestic piano companies to promote a brand. If they don't do well, it's only because they can't promote it.
