Class activities are an important carrier to promote children's growth. Every activity is carefully organized, reasonably arranged, carefully guided and constantly encouraged, and the children will be full of harvest, thus providing rich nutrients for their life growth.

In order to celebrate New Year's Day, the school holds a large-scale get-together every year, requiring each class to perform a program. So I seized this opportunity and carefully organized this activity.

In June+10, 5438, I announced this activity at the class meeting, and then I talked about the purpose and significance of this activity and the form of the activity. Then, I invite you to discuss and decide the theme of this activity in class. I think only when children participate in the discussion and fully agree with the established theme repeatedly will they be accepted by everyone to a greater extent.

After discussion, the theme of this activity is "Love Flows on Mobile Phone". The theme is decided, and then choose the actors. Based on the principle of voluntary participation, students sign up and then arrange time for rehearsal.

In the process of rehearsal, because some children have never participated in such activities (our class is a new class composed of transfer students this semester), many children have encountered difficulties and want to quit. In view of this situation, I find children to chat with them, encourage them to persist and overcome difficulties, and only experience can further grow.

At present, the program is still being rehearsed, but the effect is already very good. Looking at the seriousness of the children's rehearsal and thinking about their bright smiles when they are about to perform, I sincerely feel that the children have gained a lot.

In addition to preparing New Year's Day programs this semester, there are also relatively large-scale activities, that is, sports festivals. The theme of this semester's Sports Festival is: party flag guidance, double pilot reduction, fun sports and healthy growth. Our grade has set up four collective fun activities: the caterpillar fight, the ant-bean relay race, the tortoise-rabbit race and the dribbling relay race.

In the sports meeting, the entrance ceremony is very important, so each class needs to be carefully designed. How to enter? How to shape it? What is the slogan? These are all necessary, so I took the opportunity to mobilize the wisdom of the students, let the children discuss, and finally get the result. Only when children encounter difficulties, or need to make difficult choices, will I give appropriate tips or guidance.

For example, when determining the entrance slogan, let each child think of a slogan and then make a choice in the class. The slogan with the highest number of votes was elected. In the process of choosing words on the spot, children gain knowledge and understanding about rhymes, enrich their composing ability and lay a solid foundation for them to learn poetry. In addition to the slogan of public election, we also designed the entrance formation. Because everyone is actively involved, the children are particularly serious when training. It took only one class to practice formation change. I practiced well in the second class. Whether it is changing the speed of formation or queue drills, it is very powerful and has a far-reaching impact on school leaders.

In addition, in order to push the whole effect to a climax, the children decided to fly balloons together, meaning to fly their dreams. Therefore, each child has prepared two balloons. Although everyone spent four yuan on pocket money, everyone thought it was worthwhile and meaningful. All this is achieved by children forming a strong sense of class honor.

What's more worth mentioning is that in the four group activities, we didn't take winning the prize as the class goal, but tried to get every child to participate in the activities. Each activity consists of 20 people, male 10 and female 10. In order to improve the grades of some classes, participants in four activities were concentrated. But our class strives for every child to play, so the contestants are scattered and the final results are not very good. But the children are very happy and happy.

In this series of activities, children actively participate in them, so children have made great growth because of their participation, and at the same time, their lives are also very fulfilling.
