Pan Lin Oil Production Plant is located in 2 26 cities (Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei air pollution transmission channel). Facing the new situation of regional development and tackling key problems and creating efficiency, they aim at tackling key problems in three directions: solar power generation, solar photothermal and waste heat utilization. In order to try the application of solar power generation in oil wells, in August this year, the factory installed a group of small fans and solar power panels for the first time next to the 64- Xie 14 skid-mounted water chamber at the injection-production station 406 in the fourth management area of oil production. After testing, this group of solar power generation fully meets the power supply of the information equipment in the water room assembled by Shang 64 inclined-14 well skid, and it is estimated that the annual electricity bill will be saved by 500,000 yuan.
The successful application of solar power generation in oil wells has opened up new ideas for energy-saving managers in Pan Lin Oil Production Plant. In May this year, they boldly explored and introduced a solar photothermal heating device, which was tested in Well Cluster Shang 88- 12 in the fifth oil production management area. Well cluster Shang 88- 12 has been using pipeline electric heating and single-well boiler heating to reduce viscosity, and the average monthly electricity consumption is 1. 1.8 million kWh. Although it can meet the production demand, it consumes a lot of energy. Energy-saving management personnel of Pan Lin Oil Production Plant introduced and installed solar photothermal heating device for oil well oil pipeline in this well group to replace the original pipeline electric heater and single well jacketed heating furnace. After the success of the test, the oil transportation temperature of the well group pipeline is kept above 50 degrees Celsius, the back pressure of the single well is stable, and the equipment runs well, which meets the production requirements. Compared with the monthly electricity consumption, the monthly electricity consumption is reduced by 6708 kWh, with a reduction rate of 56.8%, achieving the purpose of energy saving, consumption reduction and clean production.
In order to continue to expand the utility of new energy, the factory has also "played an idea" on the waste heat utilization project. After repeated argumentation, they cooperated with the New Energy Development Center of Shengli Oilfield to seize the energy-saving project of waste heat utilization in Pan Er United Station of the gathering and transportation brigade. 165438+1October 25th, the project was successfully put into operation, with a designed heating capacity of 3000 kilowatts. The success of the trilogy has opened up a new way for Pan Lin Oil Production Plant to create benefits in the next step. At present, oil production management area 6 and 1 area have been optimized and applied. The designed installed capacity of the scheme is about 2 MW, which can meet the power consumption of 25 oil wells in the office area of the sixth oil production area and the first oil production area.
