First, make sure that the port used by the printer is correct, such as parallel port or serial port. If it is a serial port, the relevant parameters should be set. The serial port parameters of the new printer are generally 9600, n, 8, 1, and the computer also needs to set the same parameters. When printing is not performed, the indicator of the printer should be green. If the indicator light flashes, it means that the printer itself is in a dump state or has a fault, and it is necessary to eliminate re-printing. If it's dump status, just press the feed key and it's OK.

You can also try to restore the factory value. Press and hold the paper feed key while turning on the machine (there is only one round key on the whole machine, that's all). When the indicator light flashes rapidly for four times, release the paper feed key, and the printer will restore the factory value and dump printing. At this point, press the feed key again.

If it is USB, when the printer is installed, USB will be virtualized into a serial port. You can check whether there is a new serial port and serial number on the control panel of the system. If not, there is something wrong with the printer in the process of installing the driver. Please reinstall and try again.
