The club consists of four departments, namely computer service department, business liaison department, personnel management department and commodity channel department. Computer service department is the core department of society, and its service scope is mainly computer software and hardware maintenance and network maintenance; Business contact department is an important link between the association and the public, and it is a chain between the public and the association. Its main job is to register the technical personnel of the liaison service department and do a good job of publicity and liaison in the area, supplemented by computer shopping guide; The personnel management department is responsible for the registration of newly hired personnel and floating personnel; Commodity channel department is also an important department to ensure the continuity of the association, and its main job is to contact commodity channels.

Personnel post and area management: the computer service department has two responsible persons, one is the responsible person and the other is the deputy, who supervise and maintain the daily work. A number of computer maintenance technicians, together with the liaison officers in charge of each school, do a good job in computer maintenance. The business liaison department consists of three responsible persons and several regional liaison officers.
