This time, "five services" is another important requirement and task put forward by the CPC Central Committee for grass-roots party building, which is to further strengthen the party's leading position and lead the people to a well-off society; It is an important education to consolidate grass-roots party organizations and party member beliefs; It is also a test and assessment for grassroots party organizations and party member cadres to serve the people.

The "Implementation Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Grass-roots Service-oriented Party Organizations" of the county party committee clearly puts forward that building strength XX, beauty XX, civilization XX and peace XX. These slogans undoubtedly put forward higher requirements for our grassroots party organizations and party member cadres. Whether we can "benefit the people and use power for the people" depends on whether we can truly "worry about what the people are anxious about and think about what they think" in service reform, service development, service for people's livelihood, service for the masses and service for party member, and actively listen to the most prominent and urgent contradictions and problems reflected by the masses. As the saying goes, "the train runs fast, but it needs the front of the car to lead." Grass-roots party organizations are a collection of contradictions and problems.

Here we will do the following three things:

First, in place and not offside. Actively understand the situation in the village and listen carefully to the difficulties and problems encountered by the masses in improving living conditions and developing the economy. Second, do a good job in file records. Implementing "one village, one file" and actively conducting research will not only solve the immediate problems of the masses, but also have long-term plans. Going from village to village, especially those groups facing difficulties, such as poor living conditions, difficulties in starting a business, and poverty in old party member, strive to solve the most intense and prominent problems reflected by a group of people.

Third, do a good job in public opinion propaganda. Do take the initiative to establish an image, actively publicize the state's principles and policies, actively guide the masses to participate in social public utilities, and make them take the initiative to make suggestions for the all-round construction of our county.

Whether the masses are satisfied with our work directly reflects the quality of our grass-roots work.
