The quality education base in Yuelu District, Changsha City, Hunan Province is located in Outang Village, Wang Yue Street, Yuelu District, Changsha City, with beautiful scenery and vitality. The base covers an area of about 100 mu, which was completed in September 2002 with the investment of more than 8 million yuan from Yuelu District Education Bureau. It is a comprehensive practice base for students' quality education, which integrates labor and technology education, national defense knowledge education, civil air defense education, science and technology education, environmental protection education and survival ability training. The concept of the base is: take quality education as the main line, follow the principles of fun and cooperation, and highlight the functions of practice, innovation and demonstration.
