Over the past year, under the correct leadership of the regional bureau and through the efforts of all teachers and students, the teaching quality of our school has reached a new level. As an educator fighting in the front line, I encourage myself for the achievements made by my brother school, and I am proud of my year of sweating. Of course, the result can only represent the past. Faced with the tight time and heavy tasks of the new senior high school entrance examination and the resumption of classes in 2020, our school has formulated a new work plan for the resumption of classes in senior high school entrance examination based on the experience and shortcomings of the resumption of classes in last year. Now I will report on the development and some practices of the resumption of classes in the senior high school entrance examination this year. I hope all my colleagues will criticize and correct me and put forward valuable suggestions.
First, the goal of this year's senior high school entrance examination: According to the actual situation of the fresh graduates of our school, with reference to the index of last year's senior high school entrance examination, adhere to the principle of "ensuring breakthrough, steadily improving, and responsibility to people", and sign the "Responsibility Letter for the 2020 senior high school entrance examination goal" with the ninth grade department after research by the school Council.
In 20 19, there were10/person who took part in the senior high school entrance examination in our school, including 29 ordinary public high schools (excluding 8 art students), and the online rate was 28.7%.

Second, the present situation and existing problems:
(1) status analysis:
Because our school is located near the urban area, the loss of students is serious, and most rural families lack education, which leads to poor study habits of students.
Judging from the process of online teaching and the situation since the resumption of classes, some students have incorrect learning attitude, poor self-discipline awareness, unable to complete their learning tasks on time and weak initiative, which leads to poor online teaching effect. After the start of school, students are generally impetuous, generally lazy in behavior, weak in time concept, weak in sense of competition in the senior high school entrance examination and poor in mental state in class. At the same time, some students are tired of learning, which leads to slow progress, low efficiency and unsatisfactory results.
At the same time, this year's students are more divided. From the data analysis of several exams last semester and the results of the first bottom-up exam in the whole region, the number of gifted students is not much different from that of the seven universities in the joint entrance examination, but the ranking is not high enough, and the gifted students are not excellent; There are more students with learning difficulties, accounting for about 30% below 200 points. These conditions have seriously affected the improvement of the average score of subjects, and also exposed the problem that our school has not implemented the work of cultivating outstanding students and helping the poor.
(2) Existing problems:

1, the research and control of the senior high school entrance examination is still not in place. Affected by the epidemic, some teachers did not fully understand and implement the spirit of the meeting, despite the online disciplinary resumption meeting. In addition, there is no "Notes for the Senior High School Entrance Examination" this year, and teachers in all subjects have not studied the direction and changes of the senior high school entrance examination deeply enough, and they are not clear enough about the fine-tuning and difficulty changes of the subject test sites brought about by the new senior high school entrance examination and the epidemic.
2. Training outstanding students and measures to help the poor are not in place. The relationship between cultivating excellent students, helping middle school students and helping poor students is not properly handled, and a lot of time and energy are spent on the management of individual students with learning difficulties and students with behavioral problems in classroom teaching and after class, which leads to this work becoming a mere formality.
3. Mental health education is not detailed enough. Students' online teaching and puppy love show psychological problems, especially the ideological decline of some gifted students and the truancy of students with behavioral learning difficulties, which reflects that mental health education is not detailed enough and effective enough.
Student level:
1, gifted students are not excellent, the proportion of students with learning difficulties is large and their learning attitude is not correct, and the phenomenon of partial subjects among middle school students is serious.
2. Poor study habits and poor motivation make it difficult to form a good atmosphere for resuming classes.
3. Students have a clear goal in the senior high school entrance examination, but they lack tenacious perseverance and perseverance. When encountering difficulties, they are easy to retreat and give up, lacking self-confidence.
4. Students' comprehensive physical education quality is poor, and their special skills in physical education examination are not enough.
Third, specific measures:
1, do a good job in the research of the senior high school entrance examination to ensure that the direction of the senior high school entrance examination is not biased. Organize graduating class teachers to continue to deeply understand the spirit of the online resumption meeting, clarify the direction, scope, focus and changes of the exam on the basis of studying the real questions and the test sites of the senior high school entrance examination, optimize the access channels of the information resources of the senior high school entrance examination, and ensure that there is no deviation in the review direction.
2. Pay attention to training students to help the poor and improve the overall average score. Faced with the current situation that gifted students are not excellent and the ranks of students with learning difficulties are huge, we should do a good job in cultivating outstanding students, focus on tackling gifted students and weak subjects, and pay attention to the participation of various activities; At the same time, we should lower the focus, implement measures to help students with learning difficulties, establish a mechanism of teacher-student assistance and student-student pairing, pay attention to the change of ideological attitude, pay attention to the cultivation of basic knowledge and basic ability level, and improve the overall average score.
3. Do a good job in training art students and increase the critical number of students entering higher education. In view of the problems existing in the training of art students in the last session, the school will seriously consolidate the training process of art students from eight aspects: tutor, ideological mobilization, seedling determination, professional guidance, parent training, examination registration, examination supervision and performance feedback. At the same time, a responsibility letter will be signed with the class to train art students to meet the standards, requiring each class to pay attention to the protection of their own cultural achievements, strengthen the promotion of weak subjects, and guide students to use various resources to start professional training in advance to win time for the later senior high school entrance examination. On the other hand, students who are exempted from the physical education examination and students who get full marks through the physical education examination in the senior high school entrance examination become the main force for art students to apply for physical education. The school will continue to refine the physical training work, improve students' understanding, and combine regular special training with extracurricular independent pairing orientation training to make up for each other's weaknesses and strive for an increase in full sports scores.
4. Carry out ideal future education to ensure that students' thoughts will not decline. Facing the pressure of senior high school entrance examination, students' ideological and psychological problems are complicated in the later period. The school will carry out moral education series activities by setting the goal of senior high school entrance examination, class slogans, issuing challenge books, theme class meetings, small moral education classes, professional psychological lectures, cultural and sports activities and other ways. So as to relieve students' learning pressure, relieve their psychological problems, stimulate students' motivation for the senior high school entrance examination, encourage students to take the senior high school entrance examination wholeheartedly, and strive to ensure that students have a positive, sunny and healthy attitude and full fighting spirit during the senior high school entrance examination.
5. Do a good job in controlling dropping out of school to ensure that students are not lost. Under the background of helping the poor and improving the quality, facing the new changes in the evaluation scheme of the senior high school entrance examination, the school has unified its thinking, requiring teachers to attach great importance to the work of dropping out of school, change the concept of educating people, enhance the effect of educating people, implement the process of educating people in class, and actively take various effective ways to help students take the senior high school entrance examination and successfully complete their studies.
