First, connect the router to the external network.

Connect the broadband line of the front-end Internet access to the WAN port of the router, and connect the Internet access computer to the LAN port of the router.

Please confirm the line type of home broadband. According to the different home broadband lines, it can be divided into three access modes: telephone line, optical fiber and network cable. Please refer to the following figure for the connection method:

Open a browser, clear the address bar, enter tplogin.cn (some earlier router management addresses are 192. 168. 1), and set the login password of the router in the pop-up window (the password length is in the range of 6- 15 bits), which will be used to manage the router in the future (login interface). Matters needing attention

It is recommended to set the wireless name to letters or numbers, and try not to use Chinese or special characters, so as to avoid that some wireless clients do not support Chinese or special characters, resulting in search failure or connection failure.

The default wireless signal name of TP-LINK router is "TP-LINK_XXXX", and there is no password.

In order to ensure your network security, it is recommended to set a wireless password to prevent others from accessing the Internet illegally.
