We reformed the gas supply and oil supply system and added a matching frequency conversion control system. According to the actual production situation, the fireman adjusts the air supply and oil supply through the electronic control system, which reduces the phenomenon of excessive steel scale when the production rhythm changes. According to the calculation, the oxidation loss can be reduced by 5% after this transformation. According to the annual output of steel 1 0.5 million1,the annual economic benefit can be close to10.5 million yuan, and all the investment in technological transformation can be recovered in less than three months. We also improved the structure of the atomizing nozzle, which obviously improved the atomization effect of the burner. At the same time, all fuels are preheated to improve the thermal reaction ability. Through these technical improvements with less investment, the combustion efficiency of fuel has reached more than 95, and considerable economic benefits have been achieved; In addition, due to the reduction of fuel consumption and exhaust emissions, good social benefits have also been achieved.
2. Improve the furnace bottom structure and improve the heat transfer effect. We have formulated a reasonable heating temperature system according to the production process conditions to facilitate the heat transfer and exchange of billets. The sectional heating furnace adopts choke beam and furnace bottom wall to ensure the temperature range of each section and improve the heat dissipation efficiency of refractories. In the billet preheating section, the flat bottom structure of the furnace was changed, and the hump structure was adopted to strengthen the effect of hot flue gas on billet. Therefore, the winding mode of water pipes in the furnace is improved and compound winding is adopted. Although the new winding method increases the construction difficulty, it prolongs the service life of the water pipe from the original 2 or 3 months to 1 year, and has good thermal insulation, reducing the heat taken away by the cooling water.
3. Using the waste heat to increase the air temperature and reduce the fuel consumption will reduce the temperature in the furnace and increase the energy consumption. We use the flue gas temperature to raise the air temperature to 300 through the heat exchanger, which can reduce the fuel consumption by 2.5 compared with blowing cold air. At the same time, using the waste heat of heat exchanger to heat atomized heavy oil and cool make-up water can produce better energy-saving effect.
4. Recycling of waste rollers Analyze all kinds of waste rollers and screen the waste rollers that can be reformed. In order to make use of waste milk rolls, fully tap the potential benefits of waste milk rolls and prolong their service life, it is the most important tool in the process of steel rolling to reasonably and skillfully match different types of waste milk rolls into different sections and transform them into other types of rolls, so as to realize multi-purpose and repeated use of the rolls, and finally reduce the consumption of the rolls. Rollers are also the main consumable parts, accounting for 6% of the total variable cost of steel rolling workshop. Therefore, the level of roller consumption directly affects the production cost of milk steel workshop.
