According to historical records, the ancient city of Nong 'an was built in Fuyu ancient country, and Fuyu was the capital city in Han Dynasty. Sui is the city of Koguryo. To the Tang Dynasty, it was Fuyu House in Bohai State. After Liao destroyed the Bohai Sea, it was renamed Huanglongfu and Huanglong County was established. There is a legend about the name Huanglongfu: In 926 AD (the first year of Liao Tianxian), Lu Ye Abaoji, the emperor of Liao Dynasty, led an army to attack the Bohai Sea, and they first occupied Fuyu City. In the first month, the Bohai Sea King surrendered in Hohhot, Wang Jinjun (now Tokyo, Ning 'an County, Heilongjiang Province). In February, the Bohai Sea was changed to Dongdan, the title was changed to Tianxian, and Huhan City was changed to Tianfu City. After that, Liao Taizu returned to Yucheng, the teacher's husband, and stayed here to recuperate. In July, Liao Taizu was seriously ill. One night, a superstar landed in front of Taizu Temple. At dawn the next day, a yellow dragon hovered over Fuyu City for more than a mile, glowing with golden light. Later, Huanglong got into the palace where Taizu lived. Suddenly, purple gas covered the sky and black smoke covered the sun. It took a day to disperse. Mao died soon at the age of 55. From then on, Liao changed Fuyu House to Huanglong House. Of course, this legend is not credible, just to deify Liao Taizu, but the name of Huanglongfu really came from it.
