Modern schools have tall buildings, but they lack a strong learning style. Why make-up classes are so popular now is because the burden reduction policy is actually not in place. At the moment when reducing the burden is just a slogan, the make-up class market is still huge. Parents still ask for make-up classes. In-service teachers are not allowed to make up classes, and they can only do superficial things, which can only make training institutions secretly happy.
