Before the activity, we made more preparations. Teacher Wang has a unique view on the nature of off-campus counselors. Moreover, the current teachers have heavy classroom assignments and do not have enough spare capacity for primary school students! But college students are different. Almost ten years later, we put it on again, and there is a kind of childlike innocence beating. However, at the moment when we bowed our heads and were installed, we realized that we had grown up. Looking at the small host on the stage, the two rows of small etiquette on the right side of the stage, as well as the flag bearer, the small reporter, the squadron leader and so on, we suddenly found that today's young pioneers have made great progress than our primary school days. From the time we entered this primary school to the time we left, we can feel the training effect of the Young Pioneers on children on different occasions. On the second floor of our conference office, I was surprised to find that the Young Pioneers were busy filling out this week's honorary awards. We also learned that they are all young journalists in our school. The construction of the Young Pioneers is similar to that of the Youth League Committee of our school. Young pioneers have brought great development space to children. But at the same time, we also think of the poor classrooms and equipment in rural primary schools and the poor young pioneers, and we can't help but feel the distance between urban and rural education. Compared with the Young Pioneers activities in urban primary schools, the activities in rural primary schools are no longer activities, which reminds us of the necessity of further strengthening the construction of college students' off-campus counselors! During the activity, we cheer for each other and play games together, regardless of you and me. After the game, we took a group photo with the primary school students and left each other contact information such as telephone numbers. Teacher Wang suggested that we could establish long-term network contact with young pioneers. Because many young pioneers today are at the forefront of science and technology. With the development of economy, many primary school students are equipped with computers, and some young pioneers of the school have also posted their own blogs on the school's internet to share their study and life with you. It seems that the school has correctly realized that in this era of scientific and technological economic development, it is not a good choice to prevent young pioneers from surfing the Internet, and guiding them to use the Internet correctly is the right way to adapt to social development.

In the game, we also found that there are many problems in the education of Young Pioneers. First of all, on teachers, we found that counselors and teachers of all squadrons are very serious about children, and teachers play more regular roles in games than playing together. For the all-round development of Young Pioneers and overcoming the pressure of psychology and study, the necessity of the existence of off-campus counselors is shown here. We can design activities specifically for the ability of young pioneers, and play games and chat with them to supplement the friendship that school counselors and teachers lack in educating young pioneers. Furthermore, in terms of students' quality, we find that young pioneers in many cities still have many bad habits and tempers, such as being disruptive, disobedient and disunited, which also shows us that under the exam-oriented education, the defects and doting events of family education have been plaguing today's society. As the tutors told us, many parents only pay attention to their children's learning, and parents arrange their children's food, clothing, housing and transportation. Young pioneers don't associate with others, and families and schools have the responsibility.

This time, we have gained a lot and seen our own shortcomings in the activity of "holding hands with big hands and welcoming the Asian Games happily". The biggest problem is lack of experience. I don't know much about the study life of primary school students now, and sometimes I don't know the direction of the activities carried out by the Young Pioneers. Therefore, to become a qualified off-campus counselor, it is necessary to undergo strict training, such as learning the experience of the former and understanding the students' study, life and ideological trends. Secondly, the direction of our service for the Young Pioneers needs to be clear and the methods need to be innovative. In view of the different problems existing in the Young Pioneers, we still don't have a clear working direction. Many ways of doing things are no longer suitable for the young pioneers now, so we still need to reform.
