Open-air auction is an online auction website jointly established by PChome Online and Yi Bei. The target market is Taiwan Province Province, with the slogan of "simple, fun, free and safe", Yahoo! There is fierce competition in the Qimo auction.
The idea of "open air" originated from "market", which is also commonly known as "flea market".

Since 2002, Yi Bei acquired the leading websites in Taiwan Province Province, such as "King of Buying and Selling" and "King of Auction", and officially entered Taiwan Province Province in June of the same year in the name of "Taiwan Province Province of Yi Bei", not only the existing market gradually lost to Yahoo! Mo Chi auction house can't launch an effective counterattack.
Therefore, we decided to end the racquet business in Taiwan Province Province and transfer the customer base in Taiwan Province Province to PChome Online, a famous local IT company in Taiwan Province Province, and maintain it through joint investment.
On June 5, 2006, the two sides jointly announced joint investment, and will launch a joint auction website in the second half of the same year, but the right to operate it is in PChome Online.
On September 6th, the new website was named "Open-air Auction", and it is planned to go online publicly on September 25th. On June+10, 5438, PChome Yi Bei Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Yi Bei and PChome Online, was established, and the website of Taiwan Province Province in Yi Bei was officially closed.
