Article 9 of the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court Municipality on Providing Online Filing Services for Cross-border Litigants shall, after receiving the online filing application, make the following treatment:

(a) according to the law, timely registration;

(2) If the complaints and submitted materials do not meet the requirements, the parties concerned shall be informed to make corrections within 15 days at one time. If the parties have difficulty in making corrections within 15 days, they may apply to the court of appeal for extending the correction period to 30 days. If the party concerned fails to make corrections as required within the specified time limit and fails to apply for extending the correction period, the filing materials shall be returned for processing;

(three) do not meet the statutory conditions, you can return the materials online and explain the specific reasons;

(four) can not immediately determine whether the statutory conditions are met, it shall decide whether to file a case within 7 working days.
