The Henan Provincial Games is hosted by the provincial government and held every four years. The 14th Games of Henan Province will be divided into three groups: youth sports group, student group and social group, among which the youth sports group will be divided into 24 sports. The 14th Games of Henan Province took "Struggle for a Healthy Central Plains in the New Era" as the theme slogan, and the mascot was named "Lolo, Yang Yang".
The opening ceremony of the 14th Henan Games was held in yingtianmen, Luoyang National Heritage Park in Sui and Tang Dynasties on August 18, and the closing ceremony will be held in Dingdingmen Site in Luoyang City in Sui and Tang Dynasties on August 28th.

The emblem is based on the cursive script of Luoyang, and at the same time, it incorporates the initials Y of Yu, LY of Luoyang, blooming peony flowers, the number 14, ribbons, auspicious clouds, waves, auspicious birds and other elements.

The leading number "14" means that the provincial games have been held to 14, with bold lines, passion and vitality, symbolizing the development pace and broad development prospects of sports in Henan Province, and highlighting the Olympic spirit of "higher, faster, stronger and more United" for Henan athletes.
