My training, my growth
? Everyone has had this experience, right We have failed, been injured, lost or even given up, and shed tears and sweat in various challenges and failures. Whenever we face difficulties and challenges, we always seem so small and helpless, but when we look back on the past and the struggle against them, we also gain and grow unconsciously.

"Practice a hundred times, practice a thousand times, practice a thousand times" is often on the coach's lips. Whenever the coach instructs the boxing action standard, he will tell us to practice boxing action more to achieve coherence and proficiency between each action. At the same time, we must insist on not fishing for two days and drying the net for three days, and we must grow and progress through persistence.

? At 5: 30 in the morning, the alarm clock woke my roommate and me up from sleep like a collective signal in the army. We put on our clothes and shoes in a daze and went to the meeting place to meet in the moonlight. As usual, this morning we will rush to the back of the mountain twice, about eight kilometers, with neat steps, shouting high slogans and saying "Love my goose slope and shake our school"! In the slogan, we are gradually soaked in sweat. There are more than 300 days in a year, except Sunday and the weather, we will insist on getting up early and running. People often ask me: Aren't you sleepy so early? Aren't you tired of running so far? It is superficial to say that we are not sleepy or tired. Only we know how tired we are and how much we don't want to get up, but only by persisting in our efforts can we know the happiness and gains.

? I remember a performance in Beijing, and the director group in Beijing asked us all to do backflips to increase the effect of the program. For us, backflip is a bit challenging, because we are a martial arts competition, not a martial arts performance group. The performance group is performing abroad, so only we are responsible. In the later training, we added the back flip course. Before the first day of performance training in Beijing, the coach told us that the time is short and the task is heavy, so we need to learn backflips in a short time. However, the training process and progress speed are not optimistic. Some students even broke their arms because of inadequate protective measures. Because of their classmates' injuries and slow progress, the coach always felt very depressed in those days. In those days, we used all the rest time to complete the arduous "task". With constant persistence and efforts, we finally completed all the backflips, including the students with fractures, and then we successfully completed the recording of the program under the "difficulties" of the director group. During this trip to Beijing, I gained a lot of valuable experience and growth.

? Progress in progress, growth in persistence, the development direction of things is forward, and the road is tortuous. A classic philosophy tells us that only by persistent efforts and persistence can you realize your dreams and goals. I don't know how much sweat and tears a growth contains, but all the sweat and tears you pay will have considerable returns!
