According to the actual construction and production of the company, the project management department was organized to carry out all-staff learning activities, and successively studied the Regulations on Safety Management of Construction Projects, the National Standard Ready-mixed Concrete, the Management Regulations on Acceptance of Quality and Technical Data of Completed Projects, the Order of Safety Rewards and Punishment, the Management Data Manual of Construction Safety Production Assurance System and the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, which received good results. By the end of last year, the company had delivered five projects to the owners.
