Electronic chip slogan
In recent years, China's technology has risen very rapidly, and many kinds of electronic intelligent products have sold well at home and abroad, making China the largest chip consumer in the world. However, due to various reasons, China's chip self-sufficiency rate is less than 30%. With the advent of the Internet of Everything era, the Internet of Things, smart cars, mobile phones and artificial intelligence all need the support of chips. However, in order to prevent the rise of China's science and technology and consolidate its "technological hegemony", the United States continues to impose chip sanctions on China enterprises.

The continuous suppression of the United States makes us realize the importance of promoting the development of domestic semiconductor industry, constantly increase the layout in the semiconductor field, and shout out the slogan of "we want to give everything" in a high-profile way! With the support of the state and the efforts of researchers, SMIC has made new breakthroughs.

On April 15, domestic semiconductor giant Godson Zhongke officially released Loong Arch, a new generation of independent instruction system architecture in China. According to Hu, chairman of Loongson Zhongke and researcher of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Loongson architecture has been redefined from top-level planning to various functions, and the instruction code, name and meaning of each item have been redesigned independently, which can be compatible with many mainstream instruction systems at the same time.

Maybe some friends don't know much about the instruction system, so I'll give you a simple example to introduce it. If the chip design is compared to building a house, the instruction system is bricks or steel bars. Simply put, without instruction system, chip design is impossible, let alone chip manufacturing.

Ren once said that China has the world's top chip design enterprises, and we can't make high-end chips ourselves because mask aligner is stuck in our neck. In fact, what we lack in the field of chips is not only high-end mask aligner, but also the design software of "China Core" is at risk of getting stuck at any time.

Due to the suppression of the United States, Huawei's chip design subsidiary Hayes became the most famous chip design enterprise in China. Indeed, Hayes is well-deserved in chip design. However, the EDA software used in Hayes chip design comes from American companies. After being sanctioned by the United States, American EDA software companies have stopped cooperating with Huawei. Although Hayes bought out the right to use it, it can't be renewed. You know, EDA software is updated very frequently, sometimes once a week.

Therefore, we urgently need to develop our own chip design system. Fortunately, Godson Zhongke lived up to its mission and developed an independent instruction system architecture. In addition, according to the information released by Loongson Zhongke, the performance of 3A5000 CPU independently developed by Loongson is close to the mainstream product level in the market, and the core technology has also been localized at 100%, which has been able to achieve technical sanctions in the United States and other western countries.

As the overlord in the field of chips, the United States can no longer sit still. Biden even went shirtless. Recently, he hosted a "Chip Summit" and invited more than a dozen chip giants, including Qualcomm, TSMC, Intel and Samsung, except semiconductor companies in China. His sinister intentions are obvious, trying to decouple the world semiconductor industry from "China Core"!

In order to attract these chip giants to join the Maxim camp, the United States is planning a $2 trillion infrastructure project, which will spend $6,543.8 billion to develop the domestic semiconductor industry chain, of which $50 billion will be used for chip manufacturing and research and development.

Judging from the excellent development prospect of "China Core" and the reaction of major chip giants, this move by the United States will also be futile, and even accelerate the loss of the right to speak in the semiconductor industry by American companies.
