I entered the "Material Storage and Distribution Center, Street Lamp Monitoring Center" project of X Engineering Management Office undertaken by X Construction and Installation Company on October 2, 20 10. This project officially started on February 1 2009, and consists of two office buildings, namely, the material storage and distribution center and the street lamp monitoring center.
General situation of material storage and distribution center project: 1, the main building has five floors above ground, with a total construction area of 4540.5 square meters, and the roof form is flat slope combined with roof; 2. This project is a class II multi-storey public * * * building with a building height of 19.8m, fire resistance grade II and roof waterproof grade II. The structural form is reinforced concrete frame structure, with seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees and design durability of 50 years. 3. Indoor terrace elevation of 0.000 is equivalent to absolute elevation of 22.500.
General situation of street lamp monitoring center project: 1, the main building has seven floors above ground, with a construction area of 4250.7 square meters, and the roof form is flat slope combined with roof; 2. This project is a second-class multi-storey public building, with a building height of 23.9 meters, fire resistance grade II and roof waterproof grade II. The structural form is reinforced concrete frame structure, with seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees and design durability of 50 years. 3. Indoor terrace elevation of 0.000 is equivalent to absolute elevation of 23. 100. Generally speaking, this project belongs to small and medium-sized projects and is scheduled to be completed on 20 10+ 1.20. The construction period is not long, and the two buildings started almost at the same time. It is a good internship process for me to finish the construction of two projects in five months, and it is also a fairly standardized construction site. My project department consists of two builders (one for each building), a site manager, a documenter and a safety officer. Let me introduce my five-month internship experience and experience:
I was still very excited when I worked on the first day of this project. At 6 o'clock in the morning, the earthwork excavation of the material storage and distribution center is already underway on the construction site. Two excavators (one for each building) are used for foundation excavation of this project. The steel bar workers will arrange foundation reinforcement under the leadership of the team, and the bricklayer will make temporary roads. Earthwork excavation of street lamp monitoring center was carried out on October 3rd, 65438/KLOC. Then determine the foundation axis, pour foundation cushion, foundation bearing platform, steel binding, formwork support, concrete pouring, maintenance, formwork removal and acceptance of cast-in-place structure. Every step of this series of processes must be accepted by the supervisor and the owner before the next process can be carried out. Because the material storage and distribution center started earlier than the street lamp monitoring center, the progress is one process faster than the street lamp monitoring center. By June, 65438+ 10/1,the foundation beam-column reinforcement binding and formwork support of two projects have been completed, two days ahead of schedule, and the owner is satisfied with our project department. It rained on 65438+1October1and snowed on 12 night, which caused the foundation beams and columns of the original 65438+1October 13 projects not to be poured simultaneously. The snow lasted for half a month until 65438+1October 27th. During this period, our project department fought a tough battle with the snowstorm. Cover the foundation beams and columns with sacks, wash the snow on the foundation beams and columns with hot water, buy a water pump to pump out the accumulated water in the foundation groove, and organize workers to clear the snow on the movable roof. At the same time, the formwork reinforcement is constantly corrected and rectified. The whole process made me feel the hardships of construction work and life on the site. However, the personnel of the construction unit still complete each process without flinching, and even some processes have to be repeated. For example, the beam-column formwork is washed by snow and ice, and it often freezes again today and tomorrow, so it has been raining and snowing until the Spring Festival.
I had a holiday on February 2 and just stayed at the construction site for a month. The construction time of the site this month is only about 12 days. When I first arrived at the construction site, I mainly did some small things such as cleaning, fetching water and typing. With the passage of time, I began to run on the construction site, helping the builders to measure the size and elevation. Due to the influence of the weather, I didn't learn much knowledge on the construction site before the Spring Festival of 20 10, but I have gradually adapted to the life on the construction site and met many leaders and people with excellent skills in engineering construction, which gave me the motivation to continue studying on the construction site in the future. At the same time, I gradually digested their management system. Only when a project is well managed can each working procedure be successfully completed and the quality of finished building products be guaranteed. Generally speaking, under the leadership of the person in charge of the site, our project department has a relatively perfect management model, and has launched the slogan of "attaching importance to safety, seeking quality and ensuring the construction period". Every meeting held on the construction site constantly emphasizes safety issues. In such an era, safety issues have attracted great attention of all large and small projects and become the first guarantee for the construction site to continue. The construction unit of this project is Hefei Municipal Administration Office, so Party A has put some pressure on the construction unit, especially during the construction period, the consequences caused by the snowstorm are quite serious. The person in charge of the site has a very good saying: We will try to shorten the construction period bit by bit in the future construction process and catch up with the backward project progress in the shortest possible time. It will be a beautiful day if the task is not completed by that day. But as long as there is hope, we will spare no effort to persist, do a good job and do our best to give the owner a satisfactory answer. To some extent, I admire our on-site supervisor. He not only has excellent on-site technical ability, but also has a certain talent in management.
After the Spring Festival, I came to the construction site on the 16th day of the first month (February 22nd) and lived in the construction site. On the eighth day of the first month, the site has been started, and the foundation beam-column template has been adjusted for the last time. After the acceptance by the owner and the supervision unit, concrete shall be poured on the tenth and eleventh days of the first month. Because the concrete strength of the beam must reach 95% before the bottom formwork can be removed (the curing period is about two weeks), it has been in a relaxed state for half a month since the concrete pouring. Although there was nothing particularly important at the scene, other trivial matters did not stop. Improvement of living quarters, site cleaning, canteen hygiene and so on. On the sixth day of concrete pouring, the side formwork of foundation beam and column began to be dismantled, which is the biggest work since concrete pouring. The removed templates should be cleaned, nailed and neatly stacked, which takes about a week. With the passage of time, the strength of concrete is getting closer to the specified value. During this period, some information was made, from concrete pouring to formwork removal to appearance inspection of cast-in-place structure. After this period of study, I have basically mastered some basic methods, sequences and concepts involved in engineering data. I am making progress unconsciously, which makes me feel gratified, and I can basically understand the steel drawings and the contents explained on the drawings. On March 5th, Party A, the supervisor and the construction unit jointly held a work summary meeting to summarize the preliminary work and explain the later tasks. The meeting was held again on March 6, and the basic acceptance work was completed. It was originally planned to carry out earthwork backfilling after the foundation acceptance in the morning, but the weather was not good and it rained that day. Fortunately, it was sunny on the 7th, and the workers on the construction site began to backfill at 7: 00 in the morning. I can't help but think of last year's Spring Festival approaching. On such a cold day, all the workers were rectified at half past six, just waiting for the monitor to give the order. Everyone hopes to go home for the Spring Festival as soon as possible, but it snows every day, and the workers can't taste their sweetness. After three days' efforts, the earthwork backfilling of No.9 street lamp monitoring center was completed (it rained on the 8th, and the bricklayer and all project department personnel worked overtime until midnight on the 7th night). In the process of earthwork backfilling, there are also many obstacles. On the day of backfilling, the construction started without directly informing the leader of Party A and obtaining the consent of the supervisor. Later, Party A received the news and arrived in the afternoon. I'm not satisfied with our relevant aspects. Through their talks and meetings, I learned that backfill soil should be compacted every 30 cm, and the soil quality should not be too bad. Too wet or too dry is not conducive to backfilling. Our soil is too wet because of the continuous rain and snow years ago and the light rain a few days before backfilling. Strictly speaking, we should not backfill. Finally, the boss stated that due to the construction period, we should tamp the soil layer by layer in strict accordance with the requirements, and then roll the soil layer with a small excavator to ensure the backfill quality. For such a requirement, both the supervisor and Party A feel that they can consider it and unanimously decide to continue the backfilling process. However, the construction unit is required to be careful everywhere in the construction process to avoid the excavator from crushing or damaging the foundation beams and columns, and at the same time, waterproof measures should be taken for the elevator shaft. The waterproof materials used must be qualified products produced by regular manufacturers, and relevant materials must be submitted to the supervision unit for review before use. It can be seen that the owner attaches great importance to this project. Generally speaking, this is indeed a quite formal project, which is of great help to my study. It is much more difficult to backfill the earthwork in the material storage and distribution center immediately after backfilling the earthwork in the street lamp monitoring center, both in difficulty and progress. First, the area is large, second, the foundation depth is deep, and third, there is less backfill near the construction site, so soil needs to be transported from the street lamp monitoring center, and more material and financial resources are invested. It took five days for the material storage and distribution center to backfill soil, and only two days for the street lamp monitoring center (except for a rainy day). During backfilling, workers work overtime until 23:30, after 24:00 or even later every night. Fortunately, the weather is fine and the temperature is moderate these days, which is beneficial to the project construction. During this period, we also carried out other measures that are beneficial to the project construction and site construction, such as steel bar production, gantry erection, concrete pouring and maintenance of aproll, steel pipe fastener leasing, reinforcement of living quarters and site management. What I want to mention here is that I came into contact with a welding method: electroslag pressure welding, and learned what a good welding state is through the narration of relevant technicians. After electroslag pressure welding, the vertical distance between the edge of the welding bag and the surface of the steel bar shall be not less than 4 mm, the thickness of the welding bag shall be not less than 4 mm, the surface of the welding bag shall be smooth, and there shall be no defects such as bubbles and holes, and there shall be no dislocation and flow between the upper and lower steel bars. The reason for these situations is that the temperature of steel bar joint is uneven, the surface is uneven, and the steel bar is not placed vertically during welding.
Scaffolding installation is a very important link in the construction process. The distance between two adjacent risers of Mantang scaffold is calculated to be 70 mm. The spacing between two adjacent risers of external scaffold is 1.3m ~ 1.4m, which shall not exceed 1.5 m, and the steel pipe shall not exceed the fastener by less than 10 cm. The distance between the horizontal steel pipe and the column edge in the external scaffold should not be greater than 20cm;; The fasteners in the same plane of two adjacent steel pipes are staggered by 50 cm. For this reason, our unit has designated a set of scaffolding construction scheme, made a detailed report on this piece of scaffolding, and invited people to review it. After backfilling, all working procedures will be on the right track. Gantry will be set up and materials will be stacked. Various materials will enter the site one after another: templates, steel pipes, fasteners, wood, stone, U-PVC pipes, steel bars, etc. Of course, more and more workers will come. The whole construction site is getting hot. Because of the time limit for a project, even a girl like me who comes to practice feels that there are endless things to do every day. Although it's a little bit difficult, having something to do means having something to learn. In my present mood, I really want to put everything into my mind, but I don't know where to start. There are too many things I don't understand or know. With the completion of the first scaffold, I have a feeling that I can't keep up with the steps, and some things outside of work bother me. Sometimes I start to feel that I'm not paying enough attention. The more so, the more you force yourself to learn, the worse the result will be. It turns out that emotions not only occur when you are studying at school, but also affect the smooth progress of your work if you don't handle them properly at work. Therefore, it is very important to adjust your mood for work and study. Back to the topic, on the one hand, our construction site is striving to be a demonstration site, on the other hand, due to the owner's requirements for the construction period, the quality and progress are also somewhat contradictory. Our technical leaders and site leaders are very active, and they hope to try their best to catch up with the progress while ensuring safety and quality. As soon as the structure came up, the data kept up. In addition, our construction period is getting tighter every day, and there are two buildings. The supervisor has strict requirements for information, so I have done more and more information and basically have a general understanding of each process. After finishing one step, I have a general outline of what to do next. Although there are some emotional influences, I am still making progress bit by bit, which makes me feel a little gratified. I often go up to see the steel binding of the top beam slab. Through the teaching explanation of the builder and the steel bar monitor, I gradually mastered some basic knowledge, such as: distinguish the difference between duck bars and hanging bars, duck bars are used to pick beams, and the opening is downward; The joint between the main beam and the secondary beam adopts a hanger with an upward opening. There are three stirrups at the duck tendon and the hanging tendon, with a spacing of 50 mm, and the types and quantities of reinforcement are the same as those of the beam. The overlap of reinforcement is about one third of the middle position, and the overlap length is determined by the strength grade of concrete and the type of reinforcement. Reinforcement lap needs stirrup encryption, the encryption spacing and reinforcement type are consistent with the beam end encryption area, and so on. Many places have clear regulations on the standard drawings, so the drawings should be not only understandable but also understandable, and all places can be linked, so that mistakes can be found and corrected. Actually, there are many mistakes in our drawings. While being familiar with the drawings, the related atlas plays a very important role, especially the GB03–101atlas, which is indispensable in the process of structural construction. Therefore, while being familiar with the drawings, you also need to master the necessary atlas.
The street lamp monitoring center has a small area, and template binding and concrete pouring are carried out at one time on each floor. However, the material storage and distribution center has a large area and expansion joints. In order to speed up the project progress and cross-construction of various types of work, the material storage and distribution center is built separately from the expansion joint. That is, scaffolding, formwork reinforcement, steel binding and concrete pouring are carried out in the north first. This way, we can not only cross-operate with the street lamp monitoring center, but also cross-operate in this building. It is true that knowledge is accumulated slowly. I read a lot of things, and I don't know where to ask and how to ask. Only by listening to others can you know. For example, once you heard the supervisor discussing the protective layer pad, you only knew that the reinforcement needed to be padded before pouring concrete, but never thought about any requirements for the pad. However, the supervisor mentioned to the person in charge of the reinforcement team during the inspection that there are four protective layer pads per square meter, one per meter, and the distance between the pad and the beam edge cannot exceed 50 cm. It can be seen that many questions you don't know are problems. Only by listening more can we find them, understand and master them. Because many things can't see the problem, especially college students like us who have no experience and ability are more likely to be blind. Ask more, listen more, run more and do more. Especially after each acceptance, the supervisor or the owner will follow up and see what they say, which can really make you learn a lot in a short time. As soon as the structure on the first floor came up, I began to learn to check the steel bars, bring the structural drawing and tape measure, and check the steel bars tied by the workers. In this process, I not only learned how to read and understand the structural drawing, but also learned the relevant standards in the process of steel binding. Of course, I have seen the 03G 10 1 atlas many times before, but I forgot to look at it at that time, but when I actually went to the construction site to check the steel bars, the results were completely different, and I could completely remember it once. I won't explain these specifications here, because there are really too many. With the height of the floor, I began to contact with measurement. When I was in school, I specially offered a course of surveying, but it was different from "battlefield" after all. At first, I only supported the work of the ruler. Later, because I was too busy, many processes were constructed at the same time, so the builder asked me to do some simple copying, such as finding the 50 cm line of the horizontal plane, the elevation of the beam bottom and so on. With the passage of time, the layout of the construction site has become more and more standardized and beautiful. The leader of our company issued the order to create a demonstration site, so from the workers to the project leader, we should start from ourselves, be strict and keep making progress. I used to live in a construction site, but this is a fairly standard construction site. Although the quality of workers is an influence, it is comparable in terms of discipline, hygiene, canteen and construction site as a whole. Many of our concrete is poured at night, which provides the carpentry class and the steel bar class with daytime time. Party A only gave us 50 days for the whole main structure, including rainy days, and the main structure must be completed by the end of April. Our speed is still quite fast. The person in charge has made a project plan for the rest of the time, and basically every team is proceeding as planned. My own contact surface has gradually become very wide, such as the acceptance of steel pipes, templates and other materials, on-site construction pay-off, simple copying, axis and elevation. Before pouring concrete, my colleagues in the office and I will take the drawings to check the steel bars, and every time we get something, we can find many problems; Of course, every time the template is installed, we will check the template according to the size rules of the template and let the carpenter repair it at any time (but few people listen to me, hehe). In this process, we must be careful and learn a lot. What I do most is data. Although I don't have a concrete and complete idea about making data, I am currently making 90% of the data of this project, and the basic framework is relatively clear. But my ultimate ideal is to make a budget. It would be better if I could become a cost engineer, so I will read more books and drawings about cost and budget when I have time.
When the main structure of the street lamp monitoring center reached the third floor, the formwork of the top floor beam slab began to be demolished. Many problems should be paid attention to when dismantling the formwork, such as avoiding damaging the concrete surface and edges as much as possible. Dismantled templates should be neatly stacked and removed in time, because there are many nails on the templates. After a layer of formwork is removed, first check whether there is any problem on the surface of cast-in-place structure, and rectify it in time when problems are found. Then the masonry structure of the foundation is carried out, and the foundation beam is laid with bricks. After this process is completed, it is the wall and secondary pouring. Before building the wall, it is necessary to plant steel bars, because there is a steel bar for wall reinforcement every 50 cm, and there are also steel bars at the secondary pouring position, and a few constructional columns also need steel bars. There is a detailed introduction about the wall in this part of the national standard, but this picture book in our office is missing and I didn't buy it later, so I haven't seen it for a long time.
During this time, I feel that my progress is slow, sometimes contradictory and sometimes anxious. In fact, I really want to study hard and even learn quickly. But I found that I really don't know where to start. I hope this confused time will pass as soon as possible.
Our biggest problem should be roof construction. Both buildings have sloping roofs, so the construction is quite difficult. The dosage of formwork reinforcement and blanking needs to be carefully calculated, especially the fabrication and setting of formwork, which is a time-consuming process. Our site manager asked the team leader and the builder to study the drawings carefully, and then * * * discussed with them to finish the rest. There are also many loopholes and contradictions in the drawing design of sloping roof in design institute. The sloping roof has many lines, meticulous structure and complicated engineering, and the design and calculation of formwork support and the cutting of steel bars are very fine. The material storage and distribution center has only three floors from the D axis to the K axis, and the third floor is the sloping roof and woodworking class. It took about 20 days to form the formwork, because it passed through the construction joint and there were five floors from axis A to axis C, which did not affect the construction progress. Scaffolding on sloping roofs is also very complicated. Many parts need double buckles, and butterfly fasteners are also needed. Scissors and diagonal braces are indispensable. In this part of the construction, our site manager and project manager took our younger generation to check together and explain it to us at any time, which benefited us a lot.
The construction method of sloping roof is different from the former one. The concrete of the last beam and slab is poured separately. Because there is a beam on the roof, our construction party decided to water the beam first after discussion. In the past, every beam was first formwork and then reinforced. Because the highest beam on the roof is1.2m, the woodworker fixes the bottom formwork of the beam first, then the rebar worker strengthens the beam, then installs the side formwork, and finally pours concrete. The structural part has been working hard, and the wall part is also rushing. Due to the workers' eagerness for success, many parts of the infilled walls failed to meet the qualified standards, and some walls were even torn down and redone. Under such strict requirements, bricklayers pay more and more attention to wall masonry. In the process of wall masonry, I learned the difference between infilled wall and brick masonry. As can be seen from the inspection data, the main control items are different. The main control items of infilled wall are only mortar strength and brick strength, while brick masonry has many other main control items.
The material storage and distribution center was capped on May 6th, and the street lamp monitoring center was capped on May 8th. 10, we held a capping ceremony and had a happy day. It was indeed an unforgettable day. We began to prepare banners, firecrackers, fireworks, candy, tea and so on early in the morning. At about 9: 45 in the morning, the leader spoke and fired at 9: 58. They say 958 is lucky, which means "only me". The whole scene was really lively, so many firecrackers were put together for the first time in my life. It's really a sense of accomplishment to have worked hard at the construction site for so long.
Although it is capped, the next task is only heavy. Because the main acceptance will be carried out at the end of May. In other words, the following mainly depends on the performance of bricklayers, and of course other teams and groups also have one. But relatively speaking, the tasks of steel workers and carpenters are very few. However, the work in the computer room is not that simple. I can feel that everyone's enthusiasm for work is not as high as it was at the beginning, and so am I, hehe. But I found that I was getting used to it. This time, I really got used to the life on the construction site. There may be psychological imbalance, complaining or shrinking. But now, to put it bluntly, it is recognition.
It is not easy to finish so many things in 20 days by the end of this month. Many people think that the main body will not be accepted until next month 10 at the earliest, so many formwork steel pipes have not been dismantled, so many walls have not been laid, and backfilling works are still under way. There may be weather influence in the middle, and the computer room and trench have not started working yet. This task is not as easy as the structure, and it will be even more arduous. Another reason is that the goal of the structure is single, and now a lot of work is scattered, so it is difficult to decide where to start. We backfilled the material storage and distribution center. 19. Before that, it was mainly wall masonry, formwork scaffolding demolition, steel pipe fastener regression, secondary concrete pouring and computer room formwork installation.
Through this internship, I feel that I have gained something in design. Internship is mainly to promote the improvement of our future work and business ability, enhance our future competitiveness and add a cornerstone for our future foothold. The manager of the internship unit also gave me many opportunities to participate in their design, which made me understand many problems that were difficult to solve before and the problems I will face in the future design work. This internship has enriched my knowledge in this field, made me step forward to a deeper level, and promoted my foothold in the future society to a certain extent. However, I also realize that to do a good job in this field, it is not enough to rely on a few months of internship, but also to accumulate bit by bit in my usual study and work and constantly enrich my experience. The road ahead of me is still very long, and I need constant efforts and struggles to really walk well. I firmly believe that through this period of internship, the practical experience gained will benefit me for life, and will be constantly verified in the actual work after graduation. I will continue to understand and appreciate what I have learned in my internship, and apply my theoretical knowledge and practical experience to my future practical work to fully demonstrate my personal value and life value. Strive to realize my ideal and bright future. Thanks to the teaching of my predecessors, this internship not only made me gain a lot in my major, but also taught me how to get along well with my colleagues, ask them modestly, and communicate and coordinate with people majoring in structural hydropower. My personal experience and familiarity with the workflow of the design institute have broadened my horizons. I am very happy and satisfied with my colleagues in the design institute. They helped and guided me like friends, teachers and elders, and I am very grateful to them from the bottom of my heart. In a word, after this internship, I really improved my professional skills and my ability to deal with people in reality. It laid a solid foundation for my future work.
