Mianzhu, located in the northwest of Sichuan Basin in China, is an important county-level city in Sichuan Province. It is hosted by Deyang City and backed by Longmen Mountain. It is known as one of the "72-hole paradise".

Mianzhu, Sichuan is not only beautiful in natural scenery, but also has a long history and profound cultural heritage. I was deeply impressed by my recent trip to Mianzhu.

Mianzhu not only produces tribute tea "Zhaogong Tea" in Tang Dynasty and famous wine "Jiannanchun" in China, but also is the birthplace of Mianzhu New Year Pictures, one of the four major New Year Pictures in China.

However, it should be said that the place that brought me the biggest surprise this time in Mianzhu should still be "Qingping Town". So, what's the difference between Qingping Town, a small town deep in the mountains?

Qingping Town is about 30 kilometers away from Mianzhu City, and the driving time is about 1 hour. When we drove to Qingping Town, we were attracted by the beautiful scenery in front of us from a distance.

I saw rows of colorful houses dotted in the misty mountains, which made people seem to have crossed into the fairy tale world, and everywhere was full of fairy tales.

It is said that the former "Qingping Town" was a mining area, and the local area was once dominated by mining. Later, after industrial transformation, the mining industry gradually shut down and began tourism development.

However, due to the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, Qingping Town was also severely damaged. Now, with the help of Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, it has gained a new life and a new look.

The current "Qingping Town" is simply a realistic version of the fairy tale town. The exterior walls of almost every house are painted with colorful colors, which is no longer the ordinary mountain village you imagined.

When we got off the bus to go to Qingping Town, we saw a small colored train parked by the roadside. It is said that you can enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way in Qingping Town by taking this colorful train.

Not long after leaving the colorful train, we saw the landmark building of Qingping Town not far away, that is, the Rainbow Bridge on Mianyuan River.

"Rainbow Bridge" is a main bridge connecting Qingping Town with the outside world, with a total length of about 1.20 meters. The bridge body and deck are particularly rich in colors, which is really a veritable "Rainbow Bridge".

Crossing the "Rainbow Bridge" on the Mianyuan River, we entered the "Qingping Town", and the scene before us was even more eye-opening. No wonder their slogan is "golden and flat, fairy tale town", which really deserves its reputation!

Almost every small house in Qingping Town is like a scene in a fairy tale world. Not only are the exterior walls painted with bright colors, but there are also many familiar cartoon characters in front of the house.

Although it was raining all the time on the day I went, the weather was not beautiful, but the "Qingping Town" in the drizzle was more charming and the fairy tale atmosphere became stronger.

Now, "Qingping Town", a colorful fairy tale town hidden in the deep mountains of Sichuan, has become a well-known punching place among network celebrities, attracting many people's attention.

If you bring your children here to play, they will be very happy. This is really a good place for everyone to have a "parent-child tour"!

However, due to the remote geographical location and inconvenient transportation, there are not many tourists now, and there is still a long way to go for the development of local tourism.

However, I believe that with the wider popularity of the Internet and the rapid development of tourism in Sichuan, more and more tourists will know that this fairy tale kingdom, Qingping Town, is more and more welcomed and loved by everyone.
