Since I joined my music zone guitar club last semester, my life has been a little different from others. I always wanted to learn guitar, so I successfully signed up for this club, and then I became a club director here to do my part for my guitar club.

As a student of the "Future Club People" training program, listening to the lectures and conversations of teachers and excellent presidents really inspires me. In addition, make a budget table, such as leaflets, programs, kt poster boards, etc. And all kinds of prizes, rental of activity equipment, and layout of venue items should be well planned.
Then, the most critical content of an activity is: the process of the activity. On this issue, it is definitely not suitable for a president to go it alone. At this time, it is very important to communicate with various departments. Gather everyone's wisdom and choose small games and interactive links that are more suitable for our community.
For a music club, music programs such as band performance and guitar performance are definitely very good choices, and an attractive program list needs to be determined.
Every activity needs the support of all members, including the arrangement of venues and personnel functions, and the host should be replaced by an active member. At this time, the president is needed to assign tasks.
Of course, there is also the determination of the site, which needs to comprehensively consider most of the needs and the use of equipment. There are many audio devices that need to be plugged in, which is a big problem that needs to be considered to limit our community to carry out large-scale activities indoors.
The above simply includes the overall work that a president needs to do, including personnel arrangement, activity planning, task allocation, outreach work, logistics work, publicity work and so on.
In my opinion, when a president organizes an activity, he probably needs to consider these negative factors, and there are other considerations to prevent accidents. Although full preparation may be useless, considering a comprehensive plan can make an activity more flexible.
In the transition from an officer to a future president, we must first have a correct attitude, take everything seriously, and strive for the successful completion of everything.
