One: Practice hard. In fact, for officers and men, standing in the military posture, shouting slogans and kicking goose steps are all routines. When we saw their formation so neat on TV, we only knew that it looked spectacular, but we didn't know how much sweat they had paid behind for this moment. Blinking for a long time is our natural reaction, but if we want to face the sun for 40 seconds without blinking, we can only practice.
Two: form muscle memory. What is muscle memory? It means that when you have been doing an action repeatedly for a certain period of time, our muscles will form their own memories and make this action unconsciously. It is with this spirit of not being afraid of hardship that our officers and men in China can become a glorious guard of honor and be reviewed by the people. This is an honor, even if you shed more tears, it is worth it.
Three: long-term persistence. When you pay for anything, you will be rewarded. In order to practice the skill of not blinking for 40 seconds, at first you stare at each other for training, and soon you burst into tears, and then you train in front of the sun. As a hero in China, if you can't even do this little thing, it will make people laugh, so you did it with everyone's efforts.
When we saw them being inspected, we were really proud at that moment, because our motherland was stronger and was our solid backing.
