Lead: Summary means that social groups, enterprises and individuals review, inspect, analyze and evaluate their achievements after a certain period, a certain project or a certain work has come to an end or has been completed, gain experience, find out gaps and learn lessons. The following is a summary essay of group psychological consultation compiled by me. Welcome to read!

Chapter one: Overview of group psychological counseling.

People with low self-esteem have a low evaluation of their own abilities or qualities, despise themselves, look down on themselves, and worry about losing the respect of others. This kind of psychological state is easy to produce a kind of depression! Loneliness seriously affects the work and life of college students. Among college students with different degrees of psychological problems, one third are affected by inferiority complex. It can be seen that inferiority complex has become a problem that cannot be ignored among college students.

In view of the present situation of college students' inferiority complex, in order to get them out of the shadow of inferiority complex, reduce communication barriers with others and find themselves again, we organized this self-confidence group psychological consultation. In the form of group training, because in the group, people with inferiority will have a sense of equality and belonging, give them a more comfortable environment, let them put down their burdens and truly believe in themselves. Use group resources to discuss this problem, know yourself, know yourself, so as to better change and accept yourself.

Counseling activities in groups are divided into four activities: Untying Qian Qian Knot, Superman Circle, Trust Circle and Half-hearted. Divide the students present into equal groups and complete the activities respectively. These four activities are mainly to cultivate the spirit of unity and cooperation, understand communication skills and improve the tacit understanding of members.

Finally, through the "Spirit Refueling" activity, let the students create a slogan for their team. Students give full play to their creativity and imagination, and come up with all kinds of novel and inspirational slogans, such as "Qi Xin works together, and its strength breaks the gold", "Your home, my home, his home, a happy family" and so on. When we finally need to sum it up in one sentence, several students said, "Thank you!" " The activity ended with the students shouting the slogan of our team, and the atmosphere at that time obviously reached a new climax.

This activity fully embodies the characteristics of the group, deepens the communication and interaction of class members, and also deepens the emotional connection of participants.

It enables students to discover more advantages of themselves, find and get rid of the shackles of inferiority, find the foundation of self-confidence, establish a rational self-confidence system, accept themselves on the basis of self-knowledge and have a successful life.

Chapter two: Overview of group psychological counseling.

I have been engaged in teaching for almost six years. In the process of education and teaching, I found that some students and I have certain psychological problems. Because there is no good psychological counseling skills and techniques, sometimes it is better not to know how to decompress. I always hope to have the opportunity to participate in psychological counseling training in order to better solve some psychological problems I have encountered in real life.

This paper discusses some psychological problems of some students in their study and life, so as to improve their self-quality, promote their healthy physical and mental growth and improve their teaching ability.

Although the training time is only three days, but every day is very substantial, not pure theoretical knowledge training, but combined with case analysis, let us learn a lot, let's talk about some of my personal experiences.

First of all, I know the difference between moral problems and psychological problems.

I used to think that what students did wrong in the process of learning was a moral mistake, so I always taught students not to do this and that. I think students should come to school to study, finish their homework, listen carefully in class and get along with other students. It is also necessary, but students should not do homework, fight or be tired of learning. It's the students' fault. Teachers should criticize and educate them to do well. However, after psychological counseling, we will analyze these problem students. Some of them have certain psychological problems, not moral problems. Therefore, teachers should analyze students' situation and take appropriate measures to solve their problems.

Second, the basic skills of psychological counseling: acceptance, listening and affection.

In the process of psychological counseling, there are certain counseling skills: acceptance, listening and affection. It's easy to say, but it's really difficult to fully accept those students with psychological problems. When students with psychological problems need help, teachers should first accept each other, that is, take the initiative to pay attention to each other unconditionally, listen carefully to what the other party is troubled by, feel their feelings, understand their situation, let the other party's emotions vent, then discuss together and finally solve the problem.

Therefore, teachers should change their mentality, pay attention to, listen to and treat others sincerely unconditionally, and promote the healthy growth of their personality.

Third, through self-exploration, I learned more about myself.

By writing 20 "I am a person" to describe myself and explore myself, we can have a brand-new understanding of some characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of our existence. Know what your mentality is from 20 egos, whether it is positive or inferiority, whether it needs improvement, and so on. No one is perfect. First of all, we should accept ourselves and improve our shortcomings.

By talking about the reasons why I chose to be a teacher, the happy and unhappy things at work, whether to change jobs and so on. I have strengthened my belief in being a teacher. Although it is easy to be a teacher, it is not easy to be an excellent teacher and make students, colleagues, leaders and parents like it. I am willing to try my best to do everything well.

Fourth, educate students through games (Qian Qian knot, blind people and crutches). )

This training is very different from the previous training, that is, during the training, the teacher not only explained some theories and skills of group psychological counseling, but also carefully designed some games, which made us more deeply aware of the importance of psychological counseling.

For example: Qian Qian Knot Game.

The teacher asked each of us to form a circle hand in hand, so that we could see whose hand the left hand and the right hand were holding, then let go, walk freely and suddenly stop. The teacher asked us to find and hold the original hand and found that there were many knots. At this time, the teacher asked us to untie the knot and didn't let go. We found that Qian Qian's knot could not be completely untied because individual members couldn't remember it clearly. The teacher gave us a second chance. This time, we remember very clearly that everyone cooperated and gave full play to their personal wisdom to guide others on how to untie the Qian Qian knot quickly, and found that the effect was very good. Through the activities, we have cultivated our cooperation ability and brought into play the personal wisdom of our members, which shows that their organizational ability is very strong. Therefore, when taking over a new class, we can adopt this activity to select class cadres with certain organizational ability.

Another example is the game between the blind and crutches.

The teacher asked two people to work together, one blindfolded and the other as his crutch. The crutch can't talk, but it can prompt or hint the blind through body language and experience the life of the blind. From the moment I blindfolded, I found that my eyes were dark and I felt helpless. I hope someone can help me. But after getting help from others, I feel that life has hope and I feel very happy. Then I changed my position and continued to play games. I helped the blind myself and felt it was a happy thing to help others. Therefore, I think life should help each other. Although we are all healthy people, we sometimes lose our way like blind people and need help from others. At the same time, we can help others and do our little bit to make others happy. This is a good thing. At the same time, I want to say to the disabled, don't feel inferior, be confident, be full of hope for life, and constantly strive to change the status quo of life and make life full and meaningful.

5. The influence of family is very important.

In the training process, each member is required to write down three things I appreciate and three shortcomings I don't like about his grandfather, grandmother, father and mother who have lived for many years, and talk about his findings. Then discuss in groups. Through our respective introductions, it is found that there are certain similarities. Some advantages or disadvantages of family members have affected themselves more or less, some are advantages and some are disadvantages. In a word, the influence of family has a certain influence on children's growth. Connecting with the reality of life, the environment in which our children live also has a certain influence on their growth. Therefore, some parents' behavior habits will have an impact on children, so we should pay attention to words and deeds to make children grow up healthily.

Through psychological counseling training, I have more deeply realized that psychological counseling, education and teaching are equally important for the development of a school. Psychological counseling is a process in which teachers and students grow together. Only when students and teachers grow up together psychologically and physically can the relationship between teachers and students develop harmoniously, which is conducive to promoting education and teaching, improving the quality of education and teaching, and ultimately promoting the development of the school.

Chapter III: Overview of group psychological counseling.

Group psychological counseling work is summarized as follows:

First, this new group psychological counseling activity has clear goals and tasks, which makes the work directional. The theme of this group counseling activity for freshmen is "College Life, Happy Start".

The purpose of the activity is:

1, to help freshmen get to know each other as soon as possible, reduce loneliness and establish basic trust and friendship;

2. Help freshmen learn new attitudes and behaviors, so as to adapt to college life faster and better;

3. Encourage freshmen to participate in various meaningful collective activities, and cultivate their sense of belonging and self-cohesion to dormitory, class and school.

The forms of the four games are different, but the purpose is to make freshmen adapt to college life faster and better. I hope freshmen can cherish, tolerate, understand and accept each other in the next four years. Understand that everyone has shortcomings, including himself, and everyone has advantages, including himself. When you complain and doubt yourself, think that you are not worthless. When others make mistakes, they think they are not perfect. I hope freshmen can get along well and support each other in these four years.

Secondly, the achievements and shortcomings of this new group psychological counseling activity.

With the strong support of school leaders and the guidance of counselors and teachers, this group psychological counseling activity for freshmen has been a complete success. We have well achieved the established purpose of group psychological counseling activities, and urged freshmen to know themselves, explore themselves and accept themselves in communication, adjust and improve their relations with others, and learn new attitudes and behaviors through observation, study and experience.

In the contents filled in by freshmen, we found that after entering the university, what excites them most is being able to live independently, what satisfies them most is the enthusiasm and care of our brothers and sisters, what worries them most is not adapting to college life, and what worries them most is military training; Facing the living environment of the school, many freshmen wrote that although the dormitory is very old and small, they will try their best to adapt to it and run it with their roommates. If possible, they want our dormitory to be a five-star dormitory, and the sisterhood will last forever!

Through this activity, we can easily find that the freshmen's mentality is very optimistic and positive. Although they encounter some minor difficulties in their living environment, they all want to adapt and improve rather than complain, which is also a very gratifying place for us. Of course, this activity also has some shortcomings, such as some work is not detailed and comprehensive, some dormitories are not driven by active atmosphere, and some precautions are not detailed enough, but we believe that after this experience, we can do better in the future, and we will strive to improve!
