According to the specific requirements of Siemens, it can be decided whether to carry out phosphating treatment. After pickling, paint the inner wall of the header first, and then spray primer and topcoat. In view of the German "Qing" brand sealing paint adopted by Siemens in Jinan, the sealing surface of the flange is sprayed with sealing paint first, and after the paint is dried and the measured thickness (70-90um) is qualified, the sealing surface is protected with masking paper for the construction of primer and topcoat.
(2) The lifting seat and oil storage tank should be polished (the inner wall of the oil storage tank has been polished and painted before welding). After sanding, the interior wall coating and exterior wall coating shall be painted according to the process requirements.
(3) Oil tank: spray the first primer within 2 hours after polishing to ensure that it will not rust in humid and high temperature environment. Select coating manufacturers and coating varieties according to customer requirements, and accelerate coating forming by drying after coating. The interior wall coating should be controlled between 45-60um, and the exterior wall coating should be sprayed in strict accordance with the technical requirements to ensure that the coating thickness meets the requirements; The construction of sealing paint is also in accordance with the technical specifications provided by Jinan Siemens. After painting, clean the cleanliness inside the oil tank once to ensure that there is no steel grit and sundries in the oil tank.
