First, enterprises need people now. However, the level of graduates can not meet the standards of employers, so enterprises should cultivate themselves internally and train the people they need, and then take up their posts directly after training. This not only saves a large part of the expenses that pre-job training enterprises have to bear, but also reduces the running-in period of newcomers. Whether it is qualified or not, the training fee is collected anyway. Enterprises do not suffer.
Second, it is profit. That's understandable. If an enterprise wants to survive, it must be profitable.
Third, this market is huge and promising. There are graduates every year. Every year, students lose their jobs after graduation. Why not share such a big cake?
