On Thursday, I had a significant lesson on physical education class. The content of this lesson is to learn basketball practice.
We first lined up on the basketball court, and then the teacher led us to jog to the designated point and shout slogans. The teacher let us play the relay game of dribbling on our heads and legs first. The rules of the game are: the first classmate passes the basketball from the top of his head to the next classmate, the second classmate passes it from the crotch to the next classmate, and so on. When it reached the last classmate, everyone turned around and returned the basketball to the first classmate. Then the teacher taught us the essentials of high throwing. If the right hand is taken as an example, the left foot is in front, the rebound height is between the waist and chest, and the left hand is centered on the elbow joint. The teacher said that everyone is free to practice and practice in groups. At first, everyone didn't master the technology well, and as soon as they hit the ball, they rolled away. I thought to myself: This dribble is really difficult! After a period of practice, everyone gradually mastered the method of dribbling and became more and more interested. Suddenly the teacher gave a whistle. It turned out that class was almost over. The teacher asked us to do relaxation exercises, and everyone reluctantly gathered around the teacher.
This class ended unconsciously in the high spirits of the students, and everyone benefited a lot.
