Jingmen entered Hexi circle to build an eco-cultural tourism circle, and Zhongxiang local officials were bound to be timid and tight-lipped. Is there a policy basis? The implementation of the province governing the county is divided into three steps. The third step is the reform of the city, which can reasonably expand the municipal districts. We are not interested in studying the evolution of the subordinate relationship in Hexi region in history (please refer to "Historical Evolution and Territorial Area of Zhongxiang" by white-collar workers in Zhongxiang Forum on September 2), nor do we want to pay attention to the unfounded assumption that the late Spring and Autumn Period was the capital of Chu State, let alone hurt the hearts of historians. We only know that for 5,000 years, counties have changed their flags and changed their signs, and Zhong Xiang has been shining as a government official. But I don't know where Jingmen in Mengshan is. I only know that Jingmen people have always been ashamed to talk about history in front of their neighbors, and always find a balance and face through the ownership of reality. I also know that Zhong Xiang's history of more than 2,700 years is not something that our generation can finish! Jingmen is our dominant city, Jingmen is our big brother, and Jingmen has a strong desire to expand eastward. You have to tap tourism resources and aim at your "three mountains and one river" (Xiangshan, Shengjing Mountain, Dongbaoshan and Zhanghe), but you can't tamper with history and circle your brother's land in the name of "East Asia Glory Circle", can you?

Second, contain the clock, fish in troubled waters, and gradually marginalize Zhong Xiang.

Zhongxiang's land area ranks third in Hubei, and its comprehensive agricultural strength once ranked fifth in the country and first in Hubei. It has entered the top ten provinces for six consecutive years. Before taking charge of Jingmen 1995, Zhongxiang still ranked fifth among the top ten provinces. Although it is far-fetched to put forward the slogan of striving for the first place in the province in two or three years, it has not fallen to the point where even Jingshan can be ignored. Although Zhongxiang's economy developed during the period of 1996, it was not satisfactory compared with the surrounding counties and cities, and its comprehensive strength ranking declined year by year. On the other hand, Jingmen, a relatively weak city in the prefecture-level city, has risen steadily in recent years and has become a little fat man. Objectively speaking, it is really difficult for Jingmen, whose strength is already very weak, to promote the development of Zhongxiang, which was originally extraordinary in strength. However, Jingmen is a layman in foreign wars and an expert in civil wars. At the beginning, Zhong Xiang, a normally arrogant guy, actually surrendered to his feet, which really excited Jingmen people for several nights. Maybe he has a soft spot for Zhong Xiang. In the past, due to the resistance of Hanshui River and the eastward position of Jingmen City, the towns and villages in Hexi area, especially those near Jingmen, have always been associated with Jingmen in economy and culture. But after hosting, Jingmen has been taking care of me in Hexi. First of all, some of Hu's large mines were included in Jingmen. After 2004, with Zhongxiang's direct financial management, some provinces in China implemented the pilot project of directly administering counties, and Jingmen accelerated the pace of eastward expansion. The article says that Jingmen is in charge of Zhongxiang and Jingshan, which is a historic mistake! It not only delayed the development of Jingmen, but also added a heavy burden to itself. Shayang county is self-destructive, and it is useless to support Zhong Jing to ignore the urban economic development. It is also said that Jingmen "turned the former district-Shayang into a county, and also turned Dongbao District into a district that enjoys the treatment of counties and cities. Only the small Duodao District and Qujialing Management District, which are the same as towns and villages, can enjoy the right to allocate funds in the city.
