Article 5 When a judge enters a court and the presiding judge or the sole judge announces the court's judgment, all judges shall stand up.

Article 6 A judge shall conduct judicial activities in strict accordance with legal procedures and safeguard the litigation rights of participants in litigation.

Article 7 Participants in litigation shall abide by the rules of the court and maintain the order of the court, and shall not make noise or make noise. Speech, statement and debate must be approved by the presiding judge or the sole judge.

Eighth citizens can participate in the trial of public cases; According to the location of the court session and the number of spectators, if necessary, enter the court with a side hearing issued by the people's court.

The following persons are not allowed to participate:

(three) other personnel who are not suitable to participate;

Article 9 Observers must observe the following disciplines.

(1) Audio recording, video recording and photography are prohibited;

(two) are not allowed to walk around and enter the trial area;

(3) don't speak, don't ask questions;

(4) Do not clap, make noise, make noise or commit other acts that hinder judicial activities.

Article 10 Journalists shall abide by these rules in their interviews. Without the permission of the presiding judge or the sole judge, no audio recording, video recording or photography is allowed during the trial.

Article 11 The presiding judge or the sole judge may, with the approval of the president, verbally warn or admonish a person who violates the law, or confiscate audio, video or photographic equipment, order him to leave the court, or impose a fine or detention.

Article 12 Whoever disturbs the court, attacks the court, insults, slanders, threatens or beats a judge seriously disrupts the court order shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law;

If the circumstances are minor, they shall also be fined and detained.

Article 13 Compulsory measures shall be taken against those who violate the rules of the court, which shall be carried out by the judicial police.

Fourteenth foreigners and foreign journalists shall abide by these provisions.

Fifteenth these rules shall come into force as of 1994 1 month 1 day, and the Rules of People's Republic of China (PRC) People's Court (for Trial Implementation) shall be abolished at the same time.
