With the support of the central government, there are 2 key specialties, 6 provincial specialties, 5 provincial model colleges and 2 college specialties to improve the development ability of professional service industry, which has formed a good situation of stable development of traditional specialties, obvious advantages of characteristic specialties and outstanding construction of key specialties.
There are 465 faculty members, 394 full-time teachers, 227 double-qualified teachers, 6 professors, 73 associate professors, 4 senior engineers and 0/7 senior engineers. The college also hired 136 senior and intermediate engineers and technicians with rich practical experience as part-time teachers and off-campus practice instructors.
