Zhuge Liang never "borrowed an arrow from a straw boat". However, "borrowing an arrow from a straw boat" is not groundless. According to the relevant records in Pei Songzhi's Biography of the Three Kingdoms, in the eighteenth year of Jian 'an, that is, five years after Battle of Red Cliffs, Cao Cao led an army south to attack Sun Wu.
One day, Sun Quan took a boat from ruxu in a foggy river to observe the deployment. Cao Cao was suspicious by nature. When he saw the fog on the river, Sun Jun punished him. Afraid of cheating, he didn't dare to go to war, so he ordered someone to put the crossbow away and shoot an arrow at the Wu ship.
Sun Quan's ship was soon full of arrows, and the ship gradually tilted and was about to sink. Sun Quan ordered the boat to turn around and let the other side get an arrow. After the ship was stabilized, Sun Quan commanded the warships to slowly leave, and Cao Cao realized that he had been cheated.
This is just a story that happened to Sun Quan, and it is just an act of quick wits. He didn't intend to "borrow an arrow", and the history books didn't say it was a straw boat.
Second, when Cao Cao was Dong Zhuo's favorite, most people searched him when they came in and out of Dong Zhuo's bedroom, but if Cao Cao went, we could see how much he trusted. At that time, Dong Zhuo was taking a nap, and Cao Cao took out a seven-star sword to assassinate him, but the bronze mirror beside the bed was broken. The bronze mirror reflected the knife light and woke Dong Zhuo. After the assassination failed, Cao Cao fled all the way.
Caught by Chen Gong on the road, Cao Cao righteously put on a show, saying that Chen Gong was speechless and prostrated himself, so he left everything behind and followed Cao Cao to his friend Lv Boshe's house, where Lv Boshe set good wine and food.
One day when he went out to do business, Cao Cao just woke up at home and heard the sound of sharpening his knife outside. Cao Cao stole a look, and people outside said he tied them up and killed them. Cao Cao thought he was going to arrest them and kill them. Suddenly, he killed eight people in his family with his sword. But when I went to the kitchen and saw a pig tied up for slaughter, I realized that I had misjudged the good man and continued to run away.
Third, Cao Cao was afraid that others would harm him while he was sleeping. He often tells Zuo you, "I like killing people in my dreams, so don't come near me when I am asleep." One day, Cao Cao was sleeping in his tent when the quilt fell to the ground. A bodyguard came to help Cao Cao cover the quilt. Cao Cao jumped up, drew his sword and killed the guard, then went to bed and went back to sleep.
After waking up, Cao Cao deliberately asked in surprise, "Who killed the guard?" About telling him the truth, Cao Cao wept bitterly and ordered the guards to be buried. From then on, everyone believed that Cao Cao would kill people in his dreams. But only Yang Xiu knew Cao Cao's real intention and sighed when burying the guards: "The Prime Minister is not in a dream, you are in a dream!" When Cao Cao learned about it, he hated Yang Xiu more and more.
4. According to historical records, Hua Tuo was invited to treat Cao Cao. After some treatment, Hua Tuo told Cao Cao that he had to open his skull, but Cao Cao didn't believe it, saying that people could not live after their heads were opened. Hua tuo must be making up a reason for suicide. Suspicious Cao Cao directly executed Hua Tuo.
Later, Cao Zhi, Cao Cao's favorite son, fell ill and died, but Hua Tuo had been executed by himself, so he could only regret it for life.

That night, Cao Cao was upset and couldn't sleep, so he raised his steel axe and walked around the barracks alone. Suddenly, I saw the soldiers in Xia Houdun camp preparing their luggage. Frightened, Cao Cao hurried back to the village and called Xia Houdun to ask him why. Yan replied, "Master Yang Zude knew in advance what the King was going back to."
