Looking back on my work in the past year, I have made great progress in Internet and technology. 20 16 is coming, and the new year is facing opportunities and challenges. In order to successfully complete the work next year, I will summarize the work of the past year as follows:

First of all, successfully complete the following work.

1. Ensure the normal operation of the phenyl ether workshop and the cyproconazole workshop. In the daily inspection work, we should stick to the prevention of delay, never let go of any small problem, achieve high standards and high efficiency, and ensure that product quality and output are not affected by instruments. In daily maintenance, we replace and repair valves without affecting production. The rubber O-ring of the solenoid valve is aging and cannot be opened or closed. We open and close the valve manually to ensure normal production. In the maintenance work at night, we can be on call to keep the production running continuously and stably.

2. Ensure the completion of instrument maintenance. 20 15 summer overhaul, more than 40 instrument renovation overhauls in the first workshop and more than 30 in the second workshop. As well as the calibration of nitrogen inlet and outlet valves in the irrigation area, the quality and quantity are all completed to ensure normal construction.

3. Ensure that the technical transformation and expansion of the instrument are completed. We successfully completed the debugging of field control valve, pressure transmitter and liquid level switch, and modified and added DCS program. The remaining problems such as no action of individual valves and no signal feedback were solved, and the production line was put into production on time, stably and safely.

We saved a lot of cost for the company. The O-ring inside the poppet valve is aging and leaking. We process spare parts according to size, which is more economical than purchasing in the original factory.

More than 90% of the funds and costs. The aging of the valve seat seal led to internal leakage, so we found a domestic manufacturer to process the seal. In addition, we found a domestic manufacturer to process O-rings, which saved the company a lot of money. At the same time, pay attention to the maintenance of instruments, and regularly clean and lubricate them, which prolongs the aging cycle of field instruments and reduces the maintenance and procurement costs.

Second, the shortcomings in my work.

Due to the long aging cycle of field instruments, there are some shortcomings such as heavy workload and few personnel during the centralized occurrence of faults and overhaul. In view of this deficiency, we can overcome the difficulties of a few people, unite and cooperate with colleagues, help each other, and sometimes work overtime, so as to complete the tasks assigned by the company well.

Three. Requirements and hopes for 20 16 years' work

1, safety first, there is nothing without safety. Actively respond to the safety slogans and measures put forward by the company, earnestly learn lessons from various accidents, rectify my irregular behavior at work, and ensure that my safety awareness is not relaxed.

I will work harder to reduce the cost and contribute to reducing the consumption of spare parts in our company.
