The following year, due to the sudden departure of the previously recruited inspectors, the inspection work fell on me. I was only busy with production before, and I didn't know the great pressure I faced as an inspector.

1, the situation in the first half of the year: At present, most of the products of the company are not stable, among which the materials are messy, and the material coding styles of each company are different, and quality problems caused by production reasons occur from time to time.
2. Situation in the second half of the year: mainly taking over the inspection in the second half of the year. The products that go out from my hands are directly customer-oriented, so the pressure is relatively high. Sometimes PCBA is often missed, which leads to the problem board flowing to customers, and the customer satisfaction decreases.
3. In production, sometimes due to the tight production time, the problems found cannot be solved immediately and communication is difficult.
Third, work experience.

4. The working methods are not flexible enough
In the process of development, we should make full use of the resources around us and don't take everything into our own hands. 4. At the end of each month, analyze and improve the quality data collected last month, and use the fishbone analysis method I used in my previous company to subdivide the problems with large quality fluctuations, find the source of the problems, and ensure the controllability of the problems.
